Was in town to take my daughter to the Polar Express train ride & I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay! The assistant general manager that checked us in was AWESOME. Our room was cozy, spacious, and very clean! Every staff member we passed as we were checking out greeted us with a smile, overall great stay.

Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 nights while visiting relatives during Thanksgiving. Nice clean rooms, didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

Very friendly people work there. Clean room, good breakfast, quiet and relaxing stay. Tiffany at the front desk made us feel welcomed. We will stay there next time we go that direction

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained room with good amenities. Exercise room was limited but ok. Hot breakfast was disappointing (very dry) but the cinnamon rolls made up for it. Courteous staff.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Staffers very courteous and helpful. Best complimentary continental breakfast I've had in a hotel. Becky and Tiffany in the cafeteria were attentive and provided great customer service.

I was surprised and disappointed in this hotel. Our room was smelly. The carpet was wet. Not sure if the ac worked properly because the room felt so damp. Woke up the next morning congested and dizzy. Small pool but clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff was pleasant. Will definitely look elsewhere before booking this hotel again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. (Bath and body works soaps and lotions.) The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. It was the perfect way to get my kids energy out after a long car trip. The breakfast was a nice spread and the touches like better yogurt choices than the average hotel, were a plus. My only complaint was the handibar in the shower. It was in an award position that made it usuable.

Great convenient location to Sylva and centralized to Bryson City, Franklin and Waynesville. The staff was very friendly and the hotel lobby/rooms clean and spacious. The manager Aaron was exceptionally helpful in directing us to places in the area for food and drink and also making sure our stay there was good. Definitely recommended!

We stayed over for an event at Western Carolina University. The room was clean and quiet. The pool and exercise facilities were clean and nice. The front desk staff was super nice.
