I called to check the rates .
I was told $169.00 plus tax for 1 night. How in the hell can they charge that amount for a plain jane 2 star hotel? No way in hell. I'd sleep in my car before I'd pay 4 times the amount of what the rate should be. $40response / report this review -

Located close to a lot so access is easy. Rooms are standard Hampton fare so when traveling to this small town it gives you a sense of familiarity.

Great place to stay in Murphy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled wonderful. Breakfast had a great variety of food. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff gave excellent service. My room door would not lock and Michael and another staff put me in another room and moved all my stuff and put it exactly where I had it in the 1st room. Her attitude was professional and helpful. All staff greeted us with a smile and got to know the names of my grand-kids after the 1st day. When we came in late and the kids were hungry they let us have cereal and fruit. We did enjoy swimming in the pool but it was not as clean as I would have liked. Also pool towels were not convenient. They were found in the fitness room off the hall of the pool area. I would have liked a bigger room because it was a little tight with 4 people and one on a roll a way bed. Breakfast was nice and hot and very filling. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room we stayed in (first floor King) was very roomy even with the couch, desk, and coffee table. Everything was clean and I loved the fact that I could open the window. My husband said the TV was too small but we didn't use it much anyway;) They have a small outdoor swimming pool that looked well kept. There is no shuttle service to the casino at any of the hotels from what we gathered so this location was the best option for us. If you are going to the casino, the hotel is 1.8 miles away we had to walk back to the hotel because the taxi service closed at 10:00.

Very helpful staff and a nice quiet Hotel. Right next door was a slightly lower priced option and things were kind of loud and rowdy over there so we were glad we stayed here.

Stayed the evening of 11 May, 2017. Burned out light bulbs in room, wet used towels hanging in bathroom. Only two dry towels in room. No regular coffee. Breakfast was horrible. Worst I've ever seen at a Hampton Inn. Choices were extremely limited. Sausages literally soaking in grease..some sausages on the bottom were fully submerged in grease. Eggs were also greasy. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Close proximity to casino. Clean.
Quick check in. Comfortable bed. Large walking shower. I don't like the fact that the coffee maker and its accessories are in the restroom, however.response / report this review
