Stayed here for a Steelers game. Roughly 15 minute travel time. Convenient. Clean. Quiet. Free breakfast. It was perfect for our needs.

We came in late so the shuttle driver "Marty" took us to Wendy's before going back to the hotel. He showed care that seemed angel like. Great place with free parking while we we were away. I highly recomend this place!

Very nice rooms, well kept and clean. A nice view with a courtyard and pool. Although we did not get to use the pool. Unfortunately, as in most hotels, the breakfast is not available very late in the morning. So of course we missed that and it's not much of a benefit if it's not available when you need it.

Check in was quick an easy, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is located right by the check in desk, so it's hard to miss. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it's included so it's certainly not anything to complain about. I was only there one night and didn't have any issues, so I can't comment on any specifics really regarding other services.

The staff were extremely pleasant and the facilities were very well maintained. The breakfast is hearty and has something for everyone. Our room lacked a safe, but I still rate this property a five star.

Very friendly staff especially the person who picked us up at the airport who was very helpful and kind. They all made our US experience come alive and gave us reason to visit them again. Homely accommodation and convenient location. The airport run was made easy by their quick drop off and pick up. Will go again.

Nice Room plenty close by good service fair breakfast. All in all worth the price I paid. Only fault no laundry , but one 3 miles away so no big deal.

The bed was comfortable. The shower had a lot of pressure but can do away with the tub and have a bigger shower. Liked the free breakfast.

Comfortable, but dated hotel in needs of a thorough updating. Room has some very dated items such as a green sofa, gold and white wall sconces and mirrored mirror closets, with some updates such as modern lamps, a newer desk and more modern bedroom furniture. Big executive suite rooms. Also, hotel has very noisy rooms as you can clearly hear the vehicles on the road wizz by from your bed.

I came in here to Film a deposition one day. The staff made sure to introduce themselves right away and extremely helpful. When the witness and lawyers missed their flights, I was treated with a full buffet breakfast even though the breakfast time was over. I highly recommend this place.

I don't particularly like the parking lot set up.
Rooms are a bit dated but clean. I've never used the pool or utilized the shuttle service. The breakfast is the standard HIE fixings but are always fully stocked and fresh with big tv and comfortable seating areas. Staff are always pleasant and professional. Being a member I stay here every time I'm in the area.
