With so many evacuees staying the staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful! It sure helped ease the stress in this hard time!

Holiday inn is the most reliably decent chain in my book. I enjoyed this location because of how thorough the cleaning staff was. My room was clean and I was satisfied as usual from not running into any related problems, I'm a germaphobe so I extremely appreciate that.
However, there are definitely problems. The room was in a bit of disrepair as nicks, spots, and lifted wallpaper were all over the room.
Things just seemed a bit off, other problems were too small to mention, but the place could do with a solid look over.
This place has potential, we'll see how it is next week when I drop by again (maybe).
Overall it was a restful stay, I am pleased with my purchase.
Update: I had to book at another location due to them being booked for a sports event, I stayed at a Holiday Inn near Montgomery. I changed this review to 3 stars simply because of the significant difference between the two locations in service and room conditions.response / report this review -

Booked this room months ago frm Fla..Only to find out the pool was down the entire stay really wish they would've let me know that prior to booking. Also was a big let down for my two daughters no pool time😢, also there was only one cartoon channel for the girls to view. The two much needed amenities we were looking forward to having for our vacation was not available for our visit. Highly disappointed.

Location is great. Right beside movie theatre and shopping center. Rooms were clean, service was great. It was awesome.

Great location. Located next to a movie theater and close to Tiger Town, a shopping area. The staff is really nice. They aways acknowledged me on my way in and out. My room was always cleaned and restocked everyday. Would definitely stay again.

The stay here was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
I have one suggestion: as this is a pet-friendly hotel, it would be good to have some dog dropping pickup stations, the kind with a little trash can and bags. There was a noticeable amount of dog droppings around the hotel, and those stations would help minimize that.
Besides that, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone in the area.response / report this review
