Our family of 5 always has trouble finding a place to stay the night. 2 queens and a pullout fit everyone and it wasn't too expensive. The rooms were also clean and looked nice. Plenty of outlets.

Love this hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Great costumer service breakfast is amazing. My room was amazing as well.

We stayed for two nights. Our group had several rooms. The rooms were not cleaned. Their reason for not cleaning our rooms was that housekeeping did not have enough time to get to it. Several in our group asked for clean towels a few were able to get towels while a majority of our group members were told that there were no more clean towels.
I had tried to cancel this reservation two days prior to our arrival but was told that my credit card was already charged and I could not cancel. Forced to keep this reservation, our group showed up and I was told by the desk clerk that I could've cancelled and my card was in fact not charged at all.
I was very disappointed, we all were.
The only reason I gave this Hotel one star was for the morning breakfast attendant who despite our disappointment made us feel welcomed.
I do not recommend this Hotel at all.

Great location and amenities like free breakfast, pool, and gym. Didn't like the breakfast attendant closing service down each day at 0930 when the hotel states it is open till 10am. Had to quickly rush to get our food before it closed.

Cannot say enough how impressed we were with the customer service and how everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Very friendly staff and trusting. We would definitely stay again, if we travel back to Ft. Benning. THANK YOU!!!

The rooms are very clean and the staff went well above being courteous and friendly and making everyone feel like family. Breakfast is always served hot and with a smile. Coffee available all hours.

I was a little skeptical about the location of this hotel when I read the reviews earlier about the adult store across the street but found myself pleasantly surprised with our entire stay. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. The rooms are spacious (we had a king suite). Nice pool area on the back of the property. This was my first time visiting Columbus and everything seems about 15 minutes way no matter which direction you drive. We had a group dinner catered in and the night manager was more than gracious especially when it came to cleaning up. We had a light bulb go out in our bathroom and it was fixed immediately.

It is super clean: check. Close to freeways: check AND their people is very friendly: check. I still need to try their continental breakfast but I'm sure is also great.

Had a great stay here. Great customer service at the counter and the rooms were clean and well stocked. The coffee maker in our room was a Keurig coffee maker with k cups, which was a nice surprise, obviously a lower end model, but still a nice surprise. I look forward to staying here again.

BED BUG ALERT!!! Everything fine until lights out. 1:30 a.m. my son wakes us up with something crawling on him. Bed bugs. Pulled mattress back from headboard and found more. Scraped some into zip lock and took to desk. Moved us to new room. Told us manager would contact us in morning. No contact. Left for event at Ft. Benning. On return at 3:00 p.m. was told manager had left for day. Told again manager Michael Figueroa would call me. No call. P-I-T-I-F-U-L management. Staff on duty did not appear interested in any form of treatment. Feel sorry for unsuspecting guests who get room next and unknowingly transmit them home.
