This hotel had great customer service. And great breakfast. I was able to make the waffle u see with fresh fruit. Also the desk manager came up himself to insure my room was ready because they had a full house the night before. Great location with movie theater right across the way!! I will be back!

Staff is helpful and the breakfast is good, but the rooms need to be updated. The lobby has been updated but the rooms are still in need of an update.

Nice place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very quiet. Can't hear the highway or neighbors. WIFI speed of 4 mbps. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, and cereal.

I did not have the pleasure of staying here, but Amy did stay on the phone with me for more than a half hour trying to find my family and I and our dogs a place to evacuate to from Florida for the impending hurricane. She looked into Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and other parts of Alabama. Having called a dozen other hotels in the surrounding areas and Amy was the only person to help me look for other hotels miles and miles away from her location is a true example of not only amazing customer service, but of genuine human concern and kindness. Although I did not book anywhere because everything was booked, this was the best conversation I have ever had with a hotel representative. Thank you Amy for all your help. I truly appreciate you. This hotel is amazing more importantly the staff is great! James was so helpful and informative on everything in the hotel, he was also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Typical Hampton - clean room, pleasant and professional staff, good breakfast selection, comfy bed. Our room did not have a lot of space/seating except for the beds, but the lobby area has plenty of room for gathering with traveling companions in other rooms. Convenient location - close to interstate with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by, but enough off the main drag so that rooms are quiet.

Wonderful customer service! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very professional. The front office support Melissa was very nice and helpful. There's lots of restaurants and stores right by the hotel as well.

Great location, near lots of places to eat & convenient access to I-85, but for a new facility the rooms feel old & there are no room refrigerators. Nice staff & pretty good breakfast though.

Clean!!! The room was spacious. Breakfast was quick and easy. The staff was so helpful and even gave my daughter a gift for her birthday. We will be back!!

Located right off I85 in Opilika. Short drive to Auburn which makes the low price better. Rooms were clean. Not noisy. Free hot breakfast started the day off just right.
