Rate change after booking and check-in.
No explanation as to why.
Breakfast was overwhelming to preparer of the food to full house capacity.
Coffee was not hot.
Rooms were clean and quiet.
Fire alarm sounded several times on one night frightening us. Thought we had a fire. Turned out to be caused buy low fire line low water pressure

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was much better the second day. The pool was closed for winter though despite there being a hot tub.

NICE clean and affordable lodging. I stay here 3-4 times a year and am always pleased with staff, housekeeping and the rooms.
Rooms are Very clean and we'll maintained. Easy access to Wal-Mart , Shopping Centers and the University.
Located on main drag , with good selection of restaurants and fast food outlets. Not but a few blocks away from the interstate (I-85)
making Montgomery or Atlanta easily accessible.
Serves a quality breakfast daily and fresh coffee 24-7.

Hotel room smelled like old feet. When we checked in no body was available to check us in and we had to search for someone to help. When we finally got hold of the person responsible for checking guests in, he was far from friendly. While he was not verbally rude his body language and attitude said it all. Very disappointing.

We got a suite upgrade because for free, and the room was perfect. Plenty of room, nice facility and rec room, and of course, the cinnamon rolls make the free breakfast a must-do! It's in a good location not far from Auburn University (we were there for a college tour). Though Auburn is not on my child's radar now after the visit, this is a great place to stay if you are in the area. We felt spoiled. The rooms are styled in a modern decor. The king size bed we had was so comfortable that we almost overslept!

Place was great and I would stay again bc the staff was very quick and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean. And pool was very nice along with the hot tub/spa.

Won't stay there again. Light next to bed didn't work. Room was freezing when we checked in. Asked the receptionist about the problem but he said it would be checked out by maintenance. At 9 PM I told him to forget it and l was going to bed. Told the same receptionist on the morning shift this morning about the problem. When got to my room this afternoon nothing was fixed. The duty guy that I talked to last night was apologetic and I asked for another room which he got me. Done with you.

This is my second time staying here, and I have no real complaints. Rooms are clean, service is good, and the hotel is located around tons of food spots. I wish it was more "walking-friendly" but that's something they can't control. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are small, but practical. There are two beds, a sink, shower/bath, TV and a toilet. Free breakfast. The location is nice, close to a mall and a state park.

Someone else from our party checked us in before we got there. We weren't sure of the room number and checked with the front desk. The gentleman there was very polite and helpful. Made our way to our friends room and then ours. Both rooms were presented neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom offerings were typical. Breakfast was nice with a good selection including those with varying diets (egg whites, soy milk, ECT.)
