For the money, great stay. Seemed like a good area
Two towels for three of us. There was not enough food to call it a breakfast. Bread, muffin, apple if you were quick enough. Room was clean and nice enough
Worst hotel ever. Booked room months ago and reservation was incorrect upon arrival. Cost an extra 100.00 to get correct room. Obvious drug deal going on in parking lot when we arrived and night clerk said that happens often. No toilet paper in room, and they said they were out and offered a box of Kleenex! Trash can was full in room, long red hairs in shower, holes and mold in bathroom, no hot water, bathroom fan didn't work and toilet doesn't flush right. TV didn't even work right. No basic amenities such as coffee pot in room, "free breakfast" was toast, muffins bought in bulk from costco and stale cereal. Pool had towels floating in it. Complained multiple times with no response and then they refused to refund money or cancel reservation. The clerk's excuse was " I am the desk clerk and not housekeeping". And this was all in the first 2 days of a 6 day stay! Stuck in hell until tomorrow and can finally leave tomorrow. Totally ruined our vacation. Never again. Should have read reviews on Yelp instead of hotel website. Worst time ever. Complained to DaysInn as well as Wyndom (the parent company) and they never got back to me with a resolution.
The room was alright, the bed was clean and the staff was very nice, but we assumed we were going to get breakfast. We went to the area for breakfast and thought we had missed it. There was 3 muffins, a few slices of bread and some cereal. If a decent breakfast is a must have, don't stay here!
This place isn't bad, furniture is a little dated but they do have new TVs and the internet works great. Beds pretty comfortable and they have all the amenities. Plus its very quiet no riff-raff hanging around. Cant bet the price.
Paid with cash, therefore had to leave a $10 deposit because I paid in cash. Non smoking room. Fairly clean. Fridge wasn't working was full of water. Went to get ready for bed, sheet didn't fit. Wrong size! Plus cigarette Burns in the comforter clear down to the bottom sheet. NON SMOKING ROOM. Towels had stains on them. Bought my own. Slept on top of covers because they made us itch. Woke up with red blotches all over us Went to ask for housekeeping, none on shift. Ok that's fine. Checkout time, manager was nowhere around. Still haven't heard from them about my complaints.
I was put in a back corner room that their cameras didn't cover.
My pick up truck was broke into and some high $ stuff was stolen. When I reported it to the front desk. They didn't care. When I asked to see the footage of their cameras. They told me that parking stall was not covered then walked away. Plus I didn't receive my Wyndham points for my stay there. I won't ever stay there again.
Too many homeless people hanging out around there.
Way Over priced. Filthy bedding. Went & bought my own pillow. That's how dirty the pillows were. Free breakfast was coffee, dry cereal, and packaged muffins. Like you see in gas stations 2 stars is pushing it. More like 1 1/2 stars.
DO NOT RENT ROOMS HERE!!!!!
I am only giving two stars for the woman at the front who without hesitation gave me a refund for the short room stay( unloading car)
I walked into a dated room with dirt stained towels hanging near the sink, short hairs in the sink, shower edged with more hairs likely of the same region 😕. Also the floor towel placed on the edge of the shower was questionably folded while still damp. I immediately checked for another hotel and walked to the front office. I understand an old hotel reasonably priced but uncleanliness is not acceptable for $77/night. Humorous as it is, we left a scrub brush and container of comet in the room as we rushed out. Hopefully they will use it for future customers.
Friendly staff and clean room. Quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast was basic but completely fine. This was no five star hotel but was everything I expected for the price. I would have no problem staying here again.
Front desk were pleasant. We mistakenly thought check out was at 12 noon, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:10 and asked if we were leaving. Realizing our mistake we called the front desk and asked for an extension until 12noon, which they readily allowed. Several minutes later a male housekeeper banged on our door and in a very loud, unpleasant voice shouted " are you leaving or what"!? We explained our time extension and he went away only to be back at 11:45 again asking if we were leaving. Will we ever be back? Hell no!! Very few amenities at this hotel and not very clean also.
Clean, inexpensive, easy access to freeway. Large accessible bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is that the shampoo came in packets, like ketchup, and are impossible to open in the shower with wet hands. Breakfast selections could be expanded a bit as well.
