The hotel was pretty run down. General years and scuffs on the walls and elevator. The room was nice and the staff was friendly though

Very nice hotel for the area. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. Right off of the interstate exit.

Stayed here various times totaling about a month. Features convenient highway access and clean rooms. If highway noise is an issue then request a room on the south side of hotel.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, I had some very good conversations with them. In addition, the hotel was about 87% clean. The bathtub was kinda nasty. I spent about 10 minutes cleaning it before I would let my child bathe in it. It was obvious they had just renovated the room. It was fine, but I didn’t like the fact that they just took the old furniture and topped it with a granite looking material as an renovation. The breakfast was pretty good, good options. We would definitely stay again. Oh and I would recommend putting some more plugs in. You cannot charge your phone on the bedside table.

Very clean hotel!! The friendliest staff you will ever meet. Can not think of one bad thing to say.you will not be disappointed staying here. The two other hotels off this exit is no where near as nice. Very run down. Pay the extra and stay here, its worth it!!

I checked in Wednesday October 25th around 6 pm, the lady that checked me in was super awesome! She made sure to give me the exact hotel information that she had given the 2 people checking in before me even though she knew I had heard what she had said told the prior guests. She was extremely friendly and recommend the Cherokee grill as having "the best steaks" around when I inquired and she was RIGHT! I wish I would have gotten her name for recognition. She knows how to treat her customers! The only complaint I have is there is a lot of traffic noise that can be heard in the room from the highway. Everything else was fine.

Great Breakfast with good selection of items to choose from. Hotel is in the process of remodeling with new carpet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you stay on the side facing the Interstate be prepared for the traffic noise at night.

This is me and my family 2nd time staying here. This hotel was so relaxing and peaceful. We didn't have any issue checking in or out. The customer service is amazing. I don't remember all the ladies names at the front but the was so sweet and nice. I know we checked in with James and he is so nice and welcoming. The cleaning ladies OMG they are great and def hard workers to keep the hotel up. There is an officer that comes in frequently which was an plus. This hotel is clean and great customer service. Coming from TEXAS on a long drive was well worth the stay to visit family. THANK YOU Holiday inn STAFF

This hotel needs to be updated. The carpet is beginning to look worn, there are not enough electrical outlets and the room had the smell of mildew, especially when the fan on the air conditioner wasn't running. The lights in the fitness center were controlled by a motion sensor located at the entry door so when using the treadmill there was no way to keep the lights on for more than 20 minutes at a time. We spent 3 nights at the hotel and after the first night, our room was not cleaned. Dirty towels were removed, but were not replaced with clean towels. The beds were not made, and trash was not removed. The staff at the front desk and the individuals working in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.

This is the second time that several of my sister girl first cousins have stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff is friendly and give you a taste of that "good old southern hospitality". Brook and Maria were especially nice and went outside the 9 dots to made sure we were taken care of. Thanks again for the chocolate chip cookies!

We came in at 3:30 in the morning and got the last room available. The manager was super kind and we caught him at our door placing a "Do not disturb" sign on our door because he knew we were tired and the maids came early. I thought that was really nice and thoughtful. Everything was clean and I would love to stay there again on our way back home.

Here on a business trip and not overly impressed. Staff is friendly and service is good but hotel is out dated, beds are a little rough to sleep on, near a noisy highway (which you can easily hear), not near any source of food or store so unless you order delivery plan on a ten minute drive. If you're just driving through and need a quick place to stay this place is just fine. Of you're in town for a while like myself (four to five weeks sometimes) this would not be my first choice.

Promised service not followed through with. I called weeks ahead to reserve two adjoining rooms, and was told that it would not be a problem and given a confirmation number. The day of check in I was told that those rooms were no longer available! I still had to pay the same amount for two rooms that didn't join - (not to mention this hotel cost more per night than one I recently stayed in located in a busy tourist town). As a consumer, I was extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I was promised one thing, but given something else. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known about their bait and switch tactics. Side notewalls are thin, noise travels, if you want to get some sleep, this is not the place for you.

Great hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Julia was most helpful. Great breakfast and we were able to check out at noon! We actually ate a great breakfast and went back to bed! Loved every minute of our stay!

Very nice hotel with good breakfast options such as pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy and yogurt just to name a few. The rooms are very clean and modern with a mini fridge and microwave. There are a lot of channels to choose from with their cable including HBO and showtime. Staff is very friendly

Good place. I enjoyed the pool. Lots of complementary breakfast options. Coin operated washer & dryer. For some reason, I slept in two rooms and had issues with the doors. One the front door would jam and the other the bathroom door would jam. I also had an issue with a worker during breakfast. I went without shoes and that for some reason was an issue and was rudely told to put shoes on. First issue is why be rude about it. Second is, the breakfast area was the entrance to the pool area so I'm sure people go through there without shoes. Also, there were people with sandles on and their feet in full view so it must not be an issue that my feet were visible. So what up with it? I can go in with dirty shoes on with dog poop on the bottom of them and that would be totally OK with them but feet that I'm sure would not have fresh poop on them is a no? Why? But good place other then that.
