It was under renovation over my stay so there was just and occasionally smells of strong adhesives. The basic free WiFi was not enough for uninterrupted watching of streaming services.

Without a doubt the WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in! Under rennovation, the hallways smell like B.O. Our bathroom had NO toilet paper and one washcloth. When I informed the lone staff member on duty, she said that I cannot get these items for another 2 hours!!! When I went to get my "Complimentary breakfast, there was no creamer. The staff member said the creamer would be here on MONDAY! 4 DAYS FROM NOW! Even Norman Bates would say, "I'm outta here!"

Practical room with no comfort. Mattress needed updating, and an actual comforter or blanket would have been nice. Not ideal for business travel since the hotel is geared towards longer and budget stays, so no in room coffee or shampoo/conditioner essentials are provided. Overall though it was an ok stay and staff was very friendly. This location was in the process of updating rooms as of Feb 2018.

Worse hotel ever has a lot of prostitution and other activities going on rooms are nasty and bed bug infested. I been here for over a month now house keeping doesn't clean room on time .they don't show like they care but the one staff had great hospitality and was very sweet (sabrina) she always smiling 😁😁😁 she gave great service they need more people like her Raven was awesome as well ..But the hotel sucks I wouldn't recommend no one .

Most definitely 5 stars to the staff at Extended Stay Charlotte Pineville Park Rd. Extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Laquan checked us in like we were family and even gave us a courtesy call to ensure we were satisfied just after we settled in. Jalailah was very sweet and friendly in making sure we had everything we needed. And even the Manager Georgia went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. Recommend this hotel to everyone and this is where we will stay anytime we are back in Charlotte.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed . If you can afford or have the chance to book somewhere else please do so. We got stuck in a smoking room with an asthmatic child , and they swore they had no more rooms . Past that we had NOT one dish in our kitchen to eat or cook with . The room smelled like cigarettes and old food. No matter how much fabric frebreze I sprayed it smelled disgusting . When I first walked into the bathroom there was tooth paste spit in the sink and the sink was missing handles . Your breakfast is muffins and coffee , forget anything for your kids to drink that isn't happening . The only good thing was the staff was nice to me , and my kids . Seriously don't stay here

I called and spoke to someone to make a non smoking room. We arrived to our room at 830pm and we checked out at 930 here's why. When we walked into this hotel it smelt like cigarette smoke right off the bat. Then we get to our room and we're instantly shocked. The bed was not made (the sheets were draped over the TV), the kitchenette sink was dirty and there was a dirty nasty Q tip in the middle of the room. Plus it was a smoking room. We went immediatly downstairs to speak with the front desk clerk. She gave us a new room. We walked in and yes it looked cleaner but now it was a Queen sized bed (we had 3 people and we would not all be able to fit). Went again to speak with the front desk clerk. Across the hall was a two bed room. But she could not get the door open. We should have left as soon as we saw the first room. I would never suggest anyone stay at this hotel. It should be condemed.

The staff is kind and professional. The housekeeper is on top of everything. They are very generous about their pet policy. My dog had an accident the first night in the bed, I am on a third shift schedule and got the info to the housekeeper just as she was going to leave. She was kind enough to stay an extra hour and make up my entire bed including changing the matress cover. Her name is Paula. I pray that she is blessed for her patience and kindness. The rates are wonderful, especially if you go online. I would highly recommend this to any traveler, or anyone looking to stay somewhere while looking for a permanent home.

Budget business hotel with attached kitchen. As the name suggests it's suitable for your extended business stay. Comes with a kitchen with basic utensils thrown in. The rooms are maintained well and friendly staff. It's next to a super market Bi-Lo where all your grocery and daily needed items are stocked. Only complaint I have is, they can have a better/bigger sign board at the entrance. All in all a value for money property.
