We had a room on the forth floor and it was wonderful. Nothing spectacular but it met our every need so we were happy. Everything was very well kept.

You get a lot for your money here at Candlewood. I have tried most of the other popular hotels at this price point and this is simply the best. It's good at any price point. And is a great value. Buy king suite had lots of great pillows and plenty of room and Furniture to enjoy. The full kitchen is always a bonus at Candlewood Suites

Awesome and professional staff! Greeted by an enthusiastic,friendly and helpful front desk staff person. Room was clean and inviting. The bed was super comfortable. I've never had a bad stay at this Candlewood Suites! Hats off to the wonderful staff that always make my stay wonderful!

Good hotel. In a nice location. The room I was in (415) had issues. The DVD player in the room didn't work. It took about two hours to troubleshoot it and figure out that it wasn't going to work. I called downstairs and was provided another one. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. It left a puddle on the floor in the room. Had to use one of my towels to soak up the water. It was fixed the next day. I hit the switch for the garbage disposal on the sink and it was stuck. Also, the hair dryer in the room didn't work. I didn't want to call and say anything about the dryer and disposal because I was just over it. I think they should do inspections to make sure everything works in the room.

All the staff have been super nice. Quiet location in town just off the highway. Near a couple stores and restraunts but notion a busy road. Room was clean and laid out well. Thermostat has a motion detector on it so it shuts off if the room is empty. AC works well. Stairwells smell like gross stale cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in some rooms, you can smell it in stairs and hall. No kitchen/dining. No pool. They have admitted snack room that uses the honor system for purchasing. Prices are a little high for snacks. Not a great selection but enough to satisfy late night munchies. Can borrow board games. House cleaning only after 7th day.

Very clean location. Parking lot was very large and accommodated our moving truck without any issues. Staff was very friendly as well.

It is a standard Candlewood, with normal amenities. Pool, snack room, gym, laundry. The only down side is the geographical placement; it is near a sketchy Wal-Mart that is actually off limits to the military personnel in the area.

This location has a team of friendly staff. They support local interests and offer private, comfortable accommodations whether you have traveled from a distance or settling in for an extended stay. They offer a food pantry, small appliances and games to access for convenience & entertainment. They have a modern fitness room, a business center and a comfortable common area if you want to socialize or just get out of your room for a while. Out back, there is a gazebo furnished with grills for outdoor chefs & hosting dinner for a guest. Join the IHG rewards program & enjoy additional benefits in over 5,000 hotels & 100 countries. My stay was restful and allowed me to catch up on some personal business. I definitely recommend checking in for an extended stay!

The customer service is exceptional! They are very friendly & clean. Only thing holding them back from 5 stars is they don't serve breakfast.

No pool, no Continental Breakfast, no room service unless you are staying for a week, right next to a golf range, you constantly hear the pinging sound of the hit to the golf ball, also you run the risk of damage to your car

Nice hotel with full kitchen and queen size bed. No house keeping unless requested. Able to access towels as needed.

This was our 3rd Candlewood Suites we had stayed in and stayed there for 5 days, all the best amenities, very nice and courteous staff. When traveling again to North Carolina to see relatives again we will be staying there again for sure. Large open rooms !!!

Good clean room with small kitchenette and nicer bathroom than mine at home. Very friendly service. The mattresses were too hard for me but my wife slept just fine so maybe it was just me. I did not like that my card kept demagnetizing so we were down to the one instead of the normal 2 for my family and I. Also, we were told the charge for our puppy was $25 but it wasn't included in the estimated total. I'm not sure why you wouldn't include that.
