Very nice hotel. The rooms we stayed in were recently remodeled. Very clean. Staff was nice and had a great continental breakfast. Would stay again at this location.

The first room stank of cigarette smoke and mold. The front desk clerk was very friendly and moved me to a different room. The second room smelled better except the entry and bathroom area, where there was a chemical smell. The room was unadorned. The bed was comfortable. For some bizarre reason, the toilet seat was left up in both rooms after it was cleaned. At least it looked clean.

The room was generally fine except the only thing to cover the window was a light sheet and all of the outside lights shined straight through. It was like trying to sleep in daylight. We searched all around for something to cover the window so we could sleep but couldn't find anything.

Under renovation. Still very nice facility. Bed an pillows very comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Will stay again

Although they were renovating we barely knew it. The lobby was clean and comfortable for hanging out or having breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. DON'T let the outside run you away, the area/community is also "under construction" lol but it was safe.

I will never stay at a holiday inn again. I stayed and should have paid $500 dollars for 3 rooms and have been charged $1500 for unknown charges. Their customer service even on the corporate level is terrible. That used to be my favorite hotel and we even spent over 2 grand for my wedding party to stay there, but I will pay much extra to avoid that hotel in the future. Definitely check your bank account after staying there.

The stay was average. The double bedroom we booked didn't have a functioning A/C unit. Continental breakfast did it's job, but didn't taste too well. I would look elsewhere next time.

They were undergoing renovations when I stayed there but they kept everything really clean and quiet. Their internet was very reliable and really fast. The room was clean and well decorated. Also, the breakfast selection was better than most places I've stayed at. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location, right off the freeway, close to downtown and lots of great vegan restaurants. Bare bones kind of place, but there was no art on the walls, which made the room seem bland. Did have a Kerig machine and great water pressure. Pool was nice and there was no one in it both times we used it.
