The facilities were great except for the closed hot tub area and the patching/paving work being done in the parking lot. The staff was awesome. I'll stay there again at some point and probably end up rating it 5 stars.

Was very impressed with this hotel. Very clean and not alot of noise. The room we stayed in was perfect. I highly recommend trying the whirlpool tub sweet. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and quiet hotel, this is a great choice.

I checked into this Best Western earlier today. As I was trying to fall asleep, the fire alarm goes off at 10:30 pm. After vacating my room, I politely asked the front desk what the issue was and they told me that they were testing the fire alarms at that late of a time, no warning or anything while or I was checking in or throughout the day. About 15 minutes later the fire alarm goes off again and I complained to the front desk, no apology was given. After going back and forth a few times, they told me to get out or they would call the police. No refund was issued and again, no apology at all. This is actually the most ridiculous thing I have experienced at any hotel.

I loved my stay there, I wanted to have a relaxing day . I got just that and then some. The hotel was clean and comfortable The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The service well above average. I have decided to treat myself to a room once every two weeks.

Staff was friendly, clean & willing to assist us!! Those I traveled with agreed we would stay here again!! Oh yes!! Absolutely cannot neglect to mention the morning breakfast were FANTASTIC!! The choice of various food items 1 could choose from were numerous & tasteful! Food was available to meet the needs of various nutritional request!! THIS WAS GREAT!!! BEING SENSITIVE!! I didn't have a Special dietary need, Yet I want to THANK U FOR THOSE WHO DO!!!

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Port Columbus Best Western and it was beyond our expectations. The staff were polite, cheerful and professional. Despite being close to an airport no airplanes could be heard. The king size bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good I would certainly come back.

King room with Hot Tub was wonderful! It took almost 45 minutes to fill the tub but it was worth the wait. There is a large Speedway on the other side of the parking lot which was very convenient for gassing up in the morning and for getting something to eat in the evenings.

My hotel experience was fabulous! To begin with the hotel lobby and rooms were immaculate, updated, and even smelled wonderful. ALL of the staff were gracious and friendly, and it was truly genuine service from employees who clearly enjoyed their jobs - even housekeeping greeted us with smiles. There was a nice, hot complementary breakfast with a waffle machine that was fun and delicious, and again everything was so clean. Highly recommend!!

Needed a room on short notice, as we lost power at home. This one had good reviews so we booked online. We arrived and were very pleased with the overall appearance, cleanliness and smell of our room. Would definitely return!

The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice indoor pool. Continental Breakfast was a too small for the amount of people there and the staff couldn't keep up and there was quite a bit of waiting for basic things like extra cups, creamer, more bacon and meats to be replaced, and a long line for the waffle iron.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Port Columbus. We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed to bring our dog. The Best Western allowed pets and was very accommodating. They gave us a ground room floor, close to an outside exit. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when we are in Columbus. So appreciative that this hotel is pet friendly, more hotels need to be.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The price was exactly as advertised and the property was very clean! I'm a little sad to learn the hot tub is being removed but I have absolutely nothing else negative to say. I will definitely use this property again when I visit Columbus.
