Made a meeting room reservation close to the holidays with short notice. Sales team was professional and courteous. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were a hit. Room was part of an adjoining suite which I was not made aware of and there was a small hiccup getting to the right room, but all in all adequate.

The location is excellent. The hotel recently updated all of the rooms so they are nice. We stay here often and have only run into a couple small issues. They are always addressed very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

We love staying at Drury Inn's! This property is very new and in a central location for getting anywhere in Columbus. The rooms are spacious and modern and the amenities are fantastic! Your stay includes a hot breakfast buffet and the 5:30 Kickback. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would come back!

Very beautiful hotel right of the expressway. Staff is very friendly and amenities are A+ the 5:30 kickback is a nice change from most hotels that don't offer anything for guests in the evening. I always stay with drury when possible.

I found The Drury Inn Columbus Grove City to be ideally located amongst great shopping and food venues, and very close to Interstate 71. The hotel is clean, contemporary in design and has friendly Staff. At the time of check-in, I was given free drink tickets for the hotel's social gathering area. All-in-all, it was a fine experience!

What's not to love about Drury Grove City? The staff and management are attentive, accommodating and affable. Drury offers the best hotel breakfast ever. The free pub style dinner is awesome. The room is comfy & clean. I am a do it yourselfer and Drury offers extra rewards points when I forego housekeeping. Most importantly, I see allot of friendly dogs and want to pet each one. It makes my heart happy Drury allows canine family members to accompany their humans during hotel stays.

I have stayed at this hotel before and not had a problem. However I will not stay there again as there is an employee there who is dishonest. I forgot to get some items out of the nightstand when I checked out. I called back later the same day and my possessions could not be found. Two days later and still nothing. As only an employee would have been able to enter the room I have to believe that an employee has taken my possessions.

We stayed here with our family in July 2017. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and very willing to make changes to our room reservation so that we could have an adjoining room with our son and his family. The hot breakfast each day was great as well as what they referred to as the pub fare menu for supper at 5:30 each day.. all of this included in the price. Within walking distance to shopping. When traveling this will now be my choice for overnight stays. To bad they are not in every state

I liked the location and it was a fairly clean hotel. The fridge in my room didn't work. Informed the front desk, they sent someone up who told me to wait 15 min and if it wasn't cold to call. I called and they said it would need to be replaced. After 1/2 an hr they called and asked if they could do it in the morning. I said that would be fine. No one ever came and replaced. it. Was there 4 days with no fridge. Very inconvenient!! Nice people, bad customer service.

Hotel is very nice and clean. "Happy hour" is really a nice feature for travel. Hot food and drinks! Free fountain drinks when you want is really great. Room is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay on my next trip!

I loved the service, the staff, the breakfast and dinners, the pool and hot tub, the decor, the energy. I stayed for 5 days and by far the the best hotel experience I've had. I highly recommend this hotel.

EACH GUEST IS SERVED BY THE ASSOCIATES AS IF THEY ARE SERVING THEM IN THEIR OWN HOME. The staff knew my name and I believe they each tried to learn something about me.
Staff was consistently professional, welcoming and focused on the guest.
Clean! Clean is not fair in describing how far above typical mid priced lodging my experience was in this Grove City property. It was definitely attention to detail, even the most minimal, that kept this property clean and inviting.
Food served twice a day was always fresh and appealing if that type of menu item is of your liking. Three free drinks (beer, wine or alcohol) each evening are offered during dinner service. Pop/soda machine service available and free around the clock.
POPCORN! The comfort food snack was fresh in the lobby..The smell of popcorn.
Cost and location make this property the correct choice when lodging is necessary in metro Columbus!
Business Center and the WiFi on property are free.
The pool and hot tub area as well as the 'gym' seemed clean and inviting even though I did not use those areas. There is an area around the exterior portion of the pool that allowed me to relax in the quiet evening air.
To be fair I'll try to identify anything needing attention..
A. it was the end of the summer season as I spent 13 nights in property so the exterior pool furniture had definite need to be replaced
B. several days I'd return late afternoon and housekeeping hadn't been in my room and all I wanted was to be uninterrupted when what I had to do was call desk and request housekeepinga few days they were gone so I got fresh bathroom linens

Clean, modern hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Public areas are "Switzerland" so the TVs are set to sports or weather and I approve. Good sized rooms with comfortable furniture and bedding. Traditional, but good, free breakfast; sadly could not avail ourselves of evening cocktail hour. Love that breakfast and cocktail hour are available to guests of guests for a nominal fee.

I was visiting Grove city for our annual Midwinter church event and our youth group loves staying here. We have stayed here for the past couple years and plan on to continue. The staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean, comfy beds, it doesn't stink and the shower heads are AMAZING! I loved it! Love the buffet they provide as well.

I came to Grove City for state boards with two other classmates. I had never heard of this hotel, but this was the only one in the area that had a vacant Double Queen Suite (meaning it also had a queen pull-out couch) for a very reasonable price. When we arrived around 4:30, we were greeted by the friendliest gentleman who explained their Kick-Back Time- complimentary drinks and hot buffet from 5:30p-7:00, which was not expected, and VERY appreciated since our drive was about 3 hours.
Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious, which can be tricky with three female students who are preparing for boards. The only complaint we had was our shower drained REALLY slow, so you were literally standing in water up to our ankles until your shower was complete.
The dining area was very spacious, welcoming, and well lit. The hot dinner buffet was actually really good food, and the hotel staff always checked on us and even cleared our table for us. The bartender was extremely friendly and the complimentary drinks were delicious and made better than some that I have actually paid for! The complimentary breakfast was beyond exceptional, but it's hard to go wrong when TWO waffle irons are present.
Our checkout was quick, easy, and we appreciated the extra hour to checkout (11am instead of 10am).
While I stayed there, I told three people about it, and I will definitely stay again and continue to recommend it to my traveling friends!response / report this review
