This is a really nice location for the hotel. Very convenient 5-10 min to the beach. Easy location to find. The king room was nicer than I expected with more than enough room for a couple. Breakfast is good although I always think that hotels should not use disposable silverware. Too much waste from guests always gets me. That said, wouldn't hesitate to book again

Great location with something for everyone. Beach 2 blocks, mall across the street place to eat all around. The staff was always nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. And we will stay here again

Had a wonderful experience overnight, minus the loud guests next room over. The room was very nice and roomy, even had a coffee counter. Loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom!! Location is close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Now it has a personal place in my heart, because I got engaged at the hotel this past Saturday!!

Very nice. Very clean. Rooms are the best you can ask for. Great common lobby area. Great pool with endless towels. Great location near shopping and great restaurants. Great staff. This place is a winner. Seasonal rates.

My experience at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites has by far been one of the best. Upon check in the young man at the front desk I believe his name was Steven (not sure on the spelling) was extremely courteous and helpful. I was here for work so I was leaving early and returning late. Staff were always friendly no matter the time. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Bedding was top of the line and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this Holiday Inn. Keep up the fantastic work! This is where I will stay from now on when I'm in Destin.

Our women department enjoyed a glorious retreat here. The beds are wonderful! The service team gave us great courteous attention. The location is super! Just blocks from the beach and in middle of the best shopping! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The man at the front counter was friendly and welcoming at check in. They had fresh cookies too and he was quick to offer! The room was clean and in good condition. The remote control for the TV in the fitness room was broken. I will stay here again in the future.

Great Staff, friendly, charming, warm and inviting. Very clean and walking distance to beach. Glad to see that soft, warm white lighting is still in use, instead of that cold, sterile, super bright white (way over 2700 Kelvin) with harmful blue light wavelengths so prevalent in use nowadays.(bad for your retinas and your circadian rhythm). Lighting is Very Important to me. Well lit parking lot that use a dark sky friendly yellow/orange high pressure sodium lighting. Thanks for taking care of us while being escapees of Hurricane Irma.

I give this hotel NO stars!! Unfortunately, in order to post I had to put one. The housekeeping staff threw away my teeth retainer when they cleaned our room. They were in a clear container so they were easy to see. I talked with the manager Andrea and she made it seem as though they would do anything to help solve the situation. Little did I know that was all a lie. She only told me what I wanted to hear because she knew I lived 9 hours away. She said she would call me they day I left to go home with an update. She did NOT! I had to call her. On the phone she made the situation seem to be my fault. Why would I loose my retainer on purpose!? Makes no sense, especially in another state on our family vacation. She, said well we will not cover your 3 night stay or replace your retainer. Your basically SOL cause we asked our house keepers and they said they didn't throw it away. So a paying customer means nothing to your hotel. So here I sit at my dentist office paying 450.00 bucks for a replacement because my insurance will only cover the first one. This hotel chain is pretty much the only one we use when we need a hotel roomSafe to say we will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Great hotel. Wonderful location. 5min walk to the beach. Within 10min of shopping, restaurants and public beaches with parking. Breakfast area is a little crowded but still manageable. Pool is well maintained. Stephen at the front desk is great. Has an answer or suggestion for everything.

Housekeeping was stellar! Anything we needed these were the ladies to ask. Breakfast was amazing everyday something fresh and hot and constantly monitored. Coffee is offered all day, that it's great! Will be going back!

Free breakfast is delicious, very accommodating. plentiful parking and like a 5 minute walk to a beach with public access and a bathroom/picnic/shower shaded area 😊10/10 recommend this place
