Best La Quinta I've stayed at! Great location, all the staff and airport shuttle crew were awesome 💓 great breakfast and loved the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room! Comfortable beds and pet friendly, I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again! Great job and thanks for finding my cell phone!

Worst experience possible! My daughter's reservation for her wedding was here. First, we could not make reservations. For 3 days I attempted to reserve a room. I would call the reservations number and they could not find it, then I was given an 800 number to call for group reservations and it went to an automated recording that tells you over and over again how important your time was too them and then hung up on you after 30 minutes of hold time. Calling back to either number simply produced the same results. Finally my daughter called (because we were all having this problem) and had a manager call us to book our rooms. Unable to get all the rooms booked in time, some members of the party found a hotel that could accommodate the rest of the wedding party AND for cheaper. We called and cancelled our reservation and stayed at the other hotel. The day after the wedding we were charged nearly the price of our room rate (was 150 and we were charged 114). Upon calling they said the rooms were never cancelled and that was the fee for not cancelling. When we informed them we had cancelled the day after the reservation was made, they assured us the charges had been taken off. They were not. We called again and this time out was even worse! They wanted names of the people we had talked to (guess I should have the burden of proving whom I talked to on top of putting up with these shenanigans) and times and what phone I called from! After all of thati was told I would need to call back to a different 800 number that is available only Monday thru Friday and MAYBE they could help. Really? Come on guysvery it together and until you dono one should ever stay here not tho mention the other hotel was cheaper AND nicer.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Our room was so cozy and spacious. The pool was open all night. We checked in so late, and left quite early. We were all elated to be able to use it. It was warm too. Perfect after a long weekend of skiing. They also shuttled us to the airport for free at 5am!

Missed my connection in Denver so was put up for the night at this hotel by the airline. Easy check in. Easy check out. Comfortable bed. Looked like they were updating the hotel so a few things were still out of date (room wasn't but elevator was). TV didn't work in the room which was fine because I got in late and had to leave early. Breakfast was good too. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

We stayed at this Hotel the week of Thanksgiving for our Anniversary. I was greeted by the young lady at the desk, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and had a great view to the mountains.Beautiful bathroom and very spacious room, we didn't feel like we were in each others space while in the room. I believe they were doing some work on the lower level of the hotel but we never heard any noises which was a plus for us we wanted to relax the whole week. Breakfast was served daily with hot and cold items everything was clean and good. We will definitely book again when we travel back.

It was very clean and everything was in good working order. They're under construction, but other than the lobby with in a weird location, it's not disruptive to your stay. Breakfast was good and so was the service. The pool is nicer than most, and has mobility accommodations built in.

Great location for travelling. We checked in and went to the airport to drop off the rental car then took the Free shuttle service back to the hotel. We took the same shuttle service back to the airport for our 3:30 AM flight. Great location and service for busy travelers.

The location was going through a renovation during my visit; however, there rooms were clean and modern. There is a fitness room and pool area. Breakfast is complimentary and there were cookies available every time I was in the lobby. Shuttle service to the airport is also available. Big plus!

The service was wonderful. The gym was nice. The tub was old and scratched but overall the room looked renovated with a nice decor. Free shuttle to the airport was timely, friendly and easy to use. I also thought the soothing sounds on the TV was a nice bonus. My overall experience was very good.

The rooms are very good size and updated. Loved our "living room" in our king suite. Unfortunately they were completely full the 2 nights we stayed there so there was no crib available for my daughter. We had to go out and buy a pack n play. Also, when we arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk man was not very friendly. He didn't tell us where our room was or how to get there. He also got very rude when we asked about a crib. Otherwise a very good stay.

It is a comfortable and well maintained hotel. It was recently remodeled, this can be noted in the carpet and decorations. Beds are good also. The tube had some scratches and needs to be replaced.

The room was redone. Tile floors , new paint, lighting. Making the place cleaner, brighter. It's not my style but I felt comfortable. Stuff helpful.
My only wish we for bottle water, to buy,(?) at check in and tea bags. Never drink hotel water, (salt), plus, I had a cold, so I never wanted to go looking.response / report this review -

Great service. Newly remodeled rooms. Very comfortable bed. Full breakfast bar. Got to the airport via free shuttle in 9 min. Park and fly rate eat the best on tower rd at this time.

The interior was very nice. The hotel was under some renovations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the door to the room was difficult to open sometimes.

Staff has been friendly. I think they need a course in the surrounding attractions. I asked for food recommendations and I think McDonald's was they best advice they could come up with. Currently under construction and they have no laundry or snack machines. It would be nice if they offered some kind of laundry service while under construction. Room was very nice except the shower
