You are welcomed into the hotel by a not so nice funky smell Next up was the Girl behind the counter that must not of had the HIE Customer Service Training. She must have left her personality at home unless she is naturally RUDE ( I asked for a 1st floor room but got told we were reserved on the 3rd floor.. After checking in we enjoyed that lingering Funky smell to our room. Noticed the floor must be part of the smell as it is very dirty.. Bed is ok.. Furniture is tattered and here is a few pictures.

I walked in to probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. The beds were very comfortable the room had a Keurig which is a necessity when you waking up at 5 am. The bathroom shower was clean and the water very hot. I love the fact each bed had four very fluffy pillows. The continental breakfast was very impressive. Very good selection ofbreafast fair. Great job everyone thank you.

Only stayed one night. Very comfortable, clean. Check in went very smoothly. Employees were very cordial, very nice. We were greeted on the way in and out. They had continental breakfast, very good. Check out was even easier.

Called and reserved Suite with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. Specifically asked if pet-friendly and was told "yes with a $25 fee". Arrived and was told that not only a regular room (not a suite) had been provided, but absolutely no pets were allowed. All other hotels in area booked for some tournament. Had to drive 4 extra hours in the middle of the night to find an available bed.

They were amazing! We needed a place to stay at 4 am and they got us set up in a room and even gave us a slightly later check out time so we could get a little extra rest. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was so much better than I imagined! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It almost made me wish we were staying longer!

The beds were cozy and the complimentary breakfast was decent. There's a small weightroom for exercise. There's a gas station and some restaurants nearby, but not much else. The hotel was nice for some quiet time after an event.

Awesome hotel smallest room was huge, beds and pillows were extremely compfy room was very clean, and a/c was on, and room was cool. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. They had a vending machine and an ice machine on every floor, and a fantastic FREE Continental Breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay I will stay again, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Large room with comfortable bed. Would have been 4 stars if not for the leak in the ceiling of the lobby, the shady characters outside, and the loud guy in the next room. Did have a good breakfast.

Pretty straight forward chain hotel. Rooms were clean, no lingering odors. Guest were pretty chill. I would like to mention the staff. The are super professional and courteous. What more do you want.

First time staying at the Beautiful hotel. I was greeted by the night employee and he was very nice and informative. I got a basic room and it was very clean and well maintained. i recommend this hotel for older folks.

I'm IHG Platinum and have stayed at my fair share of holiday inns. I liked this one but it's not m favorite. The rooms are quiet and roomy, not really suite sized but big enough to hang out in. Bathroom and showers are older style but clean. Service is impeccable and nice. Checking in was very fast! Not 5 stars because of a slightly noisy AC unit and a tiny pool area. I'd stay here again happily though wouldn't pay much more than $125 a night or so.
