Annoying ppl around you. I paid for a weekly room because I’ve always had a great experience here. But this ho around was HORRIBLE. The front office had no respect for their guest. It was consistent noise all hours of the night. As well as drug dealers and street walkers .. I’m a Nurse am work 4am till sometimes 8pm so I want rest when I get here and that WAS DAMN THERE IMPOSSIBLE. I don’t recommend I will take my $500 else where .. the a.c in room 102 cut off and would not come on until it was ready too.. Kitchenette didn’t work it didn’t even have a knob HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very nice staff overall very friendly. But short staffed.very picky when ir comes to their towels.some of the rooms need remolding and sprayed. Bye exterminator more often.

This is the worst place I stayed in, the bed sheets were covered in vomit. There were questionable stains on the bet sheets. They gave us another room, but it was just as bad as the first one. The sink will get clogged the whole time. The floor was dirty, the bathtub had many stains in it. I just think staff needs to clean up the rooms better, and make sure the sheets are clean.

Very very poor, appears to homeless people hanging out on and around property. TV doesn't work in room, bathroom door falling off hinges. People throwing food, and trash in parking lot. Pulled back bedding stains on sheets, if I could rate this a 0 I would. After this experience I will probably never stay at a Red Roof again, very disappointed. Genral manager tried to be very helpful, appears to be very sorry.

The room was dirty, unfinished, and uncomfortable. I called to find out when the pool closed. I was told, "i don't know. Before 10." I took my daughter some time before 8 and it was already locked. Then I called in the morning at 9 and was told it would open now. Never did. The free WiFi never worked and the staff had no idea what they were doing. When I went to check out there was an office line off people complaining and wanting the manager who was there earlier buy took off and never came back.

The Red Roof Inn located in Victorville Calif is on of the best value for your dollar the front desk is very nice and helpful the room are clean and modern. The pool is always clean.

My most recent visit was not very pleasant. We paid for 4 occupants in a room with 2 queen beds. . We were only given/assigned 2 bath towels per day. Company rules we were told. So bring your own bath towels. There was a 1/2 inch gap under the door. Badly in need of weatherstripping. Perfect size for critters to enter the room. A second room my son was in had a light socket missing a face plate. Electrical hazard. Over all not a very tidy place. To be fair, I have stayed at this location several years in a row when visiting family with no complaints. This year was not a good experience. I think it will be my last.

If you are traveling on a budget this is your home away from home. Friendly staff, decent sized rooms, affordable price. The only complaint is the distance away from any amenities

Wish I could give this place no stars!!
I am extremely well traveled and this place is one of the most loud, dirty, rundown and gross "af" places I ever stayed in!!!! Not to mention the manager Susan and her staff are dumb as a box of rocks. Nobody here can understand simple sentences even though there was no language barrier. If I had hand puppets I would have used them to communicate ! I didn't have time to take pictures but trust the dirty ones posted in previous bad reviews. The pictures this dump posted on line for their hotel advertisement is a total lie! I'd rather lay down on Bourbon Street in New Orleans!
I was traveling all night and already prepaid otherwise I would have left!! Grrr

I love it here. The staff is always nice and friendly . there always on top of the B's others bring here. There Remodeling the rooms and there Turing out great . I love the simple fact of the redicard and the free room when you collect the right amount of points.
