It was old and run down but everything worked, had mini fridge and had flat screen tv with basic channels. Bed was ok. If u are looking for a place to sleep and shower for the night it is decent.

Do not go here!!! Was told one price then when we got there it was more money. Bathroom was disgusting and stains on the bed.

OMG! This motel was completely overpriced, they charged me 85$ for a dirty unfinished room. They were rude and disrespectful. I will never rent there again.

This Place has been remodel. Room sides is good, is like a mini studio good place to stay if you are away from home for couple of weeks. The Reason why they don't get a 5 star is because I stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was going great until I went to the 3 week. Manager got GREEDY. THEY WANT ME TO pay 3 of what I had pay for the past 2 weeks. They told me because there was a concern or something in town. I look around the town and it was correct. However, there was no reason to charge me extra since I was a stable customer. Other than that I would had give them a 5 star. They have free ICE, Vending Machines and they have restaurants.

Dirty and overpriced, managers tried to change price once I was here. Bathroom door does not close and there was a hole in the wall that was exposed. Would not recommend at all!!

A friend of mine was staying here and I came to visit. It's on a busy street but in a decent area. It doesn't look run down or have people loitering. The bed seemed comfortable, the room had two good sized fridges and a large, clear TV. The bathroom could use some work but overall it's a decent place and conveniently located near food, gas, shopping, and entertainment.

The room was fine. Clean and beds were comfortable. The TV was flat screen and a decent size, and the in room fridge was good sized as well. The check in process was horrible, their card machine was not working and the receptionist finally realized that the issue was with the chip reader, after about a half hour and several attempts.

Easy check in easy check out. Price is cheap. They don't require lengthy paperwork. Room was clean and simple.

Their online price is what had me driving in at 9ish at night. I did try to call once I got into San Bernardino since nobody answered my phone call. When I showed up I had asked the price and that's when I was told the price was $15 higher. This hotel has a no pet policy.

I stayed there recently. While laying down watching TV I saw something little running across my pillow. I wasn't able to find out catch it. Later on that night my girlfriend woke up because she felt an itch on her arm. We looked and she was bitten all up her left arm. Right away we knew that she had been attacked by a bed bug. She proceeded to freak out in the bathroom while I searched for it. I found the bed bug on her side of the bed and I killed it. We contacted the front office and they refused to give us a different room and refused to give us a refund saying that they do not have bed bugs because they have recently remodeled. 😳😒😡👎

We were upgraded to handicap room since we want a room with a fridge and microwave. Room 121 was the perfect room. Closed by the exit door, laundry room, fitness center and the pool. The staff was exceptional especially how they take care of a couple of tour groups and the rest of us during breakfast. Great job Comfort Inn. Just need a few refreshing coat of paint and interior upgrade.
