There was a slight problem finding the hotel because it was dark and their sign was not litThe roomwe were pleasantly surprised that the room was nicer than expected. The rate was reasonable. Will go here again as it is between many different shopping areas.

Staff were jolly people that were able accommodate our group of nine adequately, even when a group member was not able to locate their key. The continental breakfast was more than I thought it would be and was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and we had more than enough towels and pillows between us, so my use of the room was comfortable. All in all, not bad.

The entrance wasn't easily accessible. There was some landscaped area in front that people tended to walk through anyway. The lobby was pleasant but the breakfast was all carbs. The room was on the top floor and furthest from the lobby when there wasn't more than 10 cars in the lot. There was no fan working in the bathroom. The shampoo and soap dried my skin something aweful. Overall glad I could get some sleep there but wouldn't stay here again.

Looked and felt cheap but it wasn't. Outdoor pool and outdoor hallways in Michigan! All four of us were trying to charge our phones in one power strip because our chargers just slipped out of the wall jacks. The day staff way friendly but the night staff was very rude. Complimentary breakfast is provided, but by the morning we were so fed up we didn't even try it. The light fixture was broken in our room and it wasn't dealt with by the staff so we had to deal with a flickering florescent light all night. I will not stay at this Baymont ever again, and I will be very weary about any Baymont in the future.
I do have to give them props on cleanliness, the room was very clean.response / report this review -

Stayed here 2 nights for a concert in Clarkston. The room was dirty. There are no safes in the room. So I buried my pills in suitcase under clothes and when we returned from concert my pills were sitting ON TOP of my clothes. Our belongings were gone through and money was stolen. Talked with manager and we were told no housekeepers are there after 5, well why did we see one when we were leaving at 5:30 to head to concert?Explain that. I left note stating no tips for thieves, a housekeeper stopped us and asked about it, we told her we spoke with manager and housekeeper stated verbatim "I think I know who it was" obviously a known thief. I submitted a complaint to Baymont corporate and they referred it back to owners of that hotel. Have not heard a word. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's dirty and they employ thieves! Wish there was a minus star.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, house keeping keeps up on things u need during your stay. If you have any concerns they jump right to helping you. Overall best hotel I've stayed at

Seemed like a pretty broke down place. Bathroom sink was dirty when we got here, toilet wouldn't flush, in-room fridge was open when we came inProbably because the door literally wouldn't close. We ended up unplugging it because the noise it was making was incredibly obnoxious.
I've stayed in $75/night hotels that were in better shape than this. Two stars just because I was able to get a little sleep.response / report this review -

Bed cover had what looked to be blood stains on it, other than that, relatively clean. Nothing special. Dated decor and aesthetics.

Front desk is Awesome. Jeremy greeted me warmly and informed me of all the amenities included with my stay. Great breakfast. Will be recommending friends and family for future stays.

The room was average, but not horrible. I didn't experience any of the cleaning issues others have posted. I had a hot shower in the morning and the room's heat worked. Affordable rates.

Didn't end up staying. The room didn't appear to be cleaned. The customer service was very good though. They gave me a refund and let us leave immediately to find another place.
