Nice staff and facility. No drapery over the bathroom window though, that's a drawback. I didn't particularly like letting all of downtown Atlanta have a view of the bathroom I use. They do have excellent staff though. Everyone said hello or asked if they could make our stay any better. They also have a complimentary breakfast which was great and had lots of variety. We also had a weird experience where someone who didn't look all that with it stumbled into the lobby when we were there and security wasn't really paying attention. Luckily the manager we were working with was and was able to resolve the issue.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was nice and friendly, the food was good, and the valet was cheap for overnight parking downtown. They are doing a remodel right now so some of the floors are kind of messy. From an I.T. security point of view there were some issues with unsecured electrical closets and open fire exits which may allow unauthorized access to floors and key services.

Clean room and well stocked with all the amenities. The room and definitely the elevator are on the small size only 5 people at a time on the elevator. So if you need space might not be a thrill to stay at but other than that it seems really nice.

Hotel in a good central downtown location. Good for walking to CNN Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, etc, but hotel is dated, elevators small and slow. Only 5 ppl at one time can ride. Ok for the training I was there for. Great roof top view of the city.

We never made it past the front desk because of the terrible front desk service here. There was a problem with our reservation (a hotel system error), which happens, but the incompetence and laziness we met when we tried to check in was unbelievable. The girls were rude, didn't seem to want to help us, and kept saying management was "out to lunch" and refused to find a solution. Not to mention, we called hours before to confirm and give them time to solve the issue. If this is the kind of attitude allowed from staff here, I wouldn't waste your time or money. Plenty of other places. So much for southern hospitality!

This hotel is wonderful. They upgraded our room when we checked in and it's really nice. The night concierge handed me a bottle of water when I arrived at 4 am from a very delayed flight, which was exactly what I needed. When I asked if they had complimentary toothpaste, instead of handing me one of those tiny tubes they gave me a travel sized Colgate. The day concierge was really fun and friendly when I needed to leave a key for a friend and later another concierge made a lovely recommendation for a casual dinner spot and provided us cards for a $5 burger, which was more than1/2 the price of most of the burgers. This is one of my best hotel stays.

front desk staff white male was sexist and rude during my check in process
no free parking - only valet offered (for $25) - but no valet was working during check in time so I had to self park in a garage
the breakfast area was small so the staff constantly had to restock items during breakfast time. the woman restocking coffee did not smile, greet anyone, and was constantly in the way of people trying to pick up items to eat.
    the beds were very comfortable.
the room was very small, barely enough room to slide a suitcase in the path between the bed and tv stand.
there were bugs in the bathtub upon arrival and the toiletries were wet, which leads me to believe the housekeeping had not changed soaps/shampoos since the last guest checked out.
the location of the hotel is good - near places to eat and centennial park/tourist things.

As with any downtown location, I found myself getting lost a couple of times. When I finally found it, I could not park my vehicle myself. I had to use valet which was an additional charge. Upon entering the hotel, I learned that I was in the ninth floor. I was ecstatic about that. Although the elevator was small, it was clean. The hallways are extremely narrow, which makes it difficult to be with multiple people. The room was intimate and the view was nice. The customer service agents were very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.. I booked a room for my fiance and I for a weekend. We were disappointed in the size of the room for the price we were paying, it was smaller than a child's bedroom. The toilet did not flush and there was no grip to the bottom of the shower, I fell as soon as I stepped in (thank goodness I didn't get hurt). Over all, we were not very impressed with this hotel. Its okay if you're just staying for a night but maybe not for a few nights. We will not be going back..

The room was clean but it was too small for the price. There seemed to be random characters hanging around. The smell of marijuana was rampant throughout the hallways and the elevator.

My wife and I were pleasantly greeted when we first entered. We had asked for a city view room but when we entered the room it was quite what we had imagined as there was no view. I spoke with Jordan at the front desk and he went above and beyond to find us a great room with a view. I spoke with him on the phone before I booked and he was great at answering any questions I had. He helped make our anniversary weekend one to remember.

The location of the hotel was great! It could use a little updating done to the building and rooms. Overall it was a great place to stay. The valet service offered by the hotel was very curtious and professinal.

Everything looked clean and nice throughout the hotel. In a good spot for those visiting the Tabernacle.
