Over priced for the rooms. I injured myself twice during separate stays due to poor maintenance of objects that come with room. Badly in need of upgrading, especially carpeting. Very cheap quality washclothes. Chairs are rickety & seats are stained.

Rooms were clean. Property is in a nice location. Only complaint is how long it took to check in (i was the only guest at the time)

This was a traumatic experience!!! After being in the hotel for two days, we got back after a long 3rd seminar day at 11:45pm and the night attendant LATONIA locked us out of our room with our luggage inside and we had to call the POLICE after 1 and half hours to help resolve the situation. This attendant was adamant she wanted a signature she had not collected during our check in and our friend, who's card was on file, had already left back to Miami. At one point, she told us she would not speak to us anymore and kept talking to her MANAGER over the phone: UNBELIEVABLE, correct? We booked in advance, paid and checking in normally; this person NEVER collected the signature she had to and we ended up with her problem to solve. As she keep saying, "I'll be fired if I let you in without her signature." so we had to call the cops to make her understand that she CANNOT hold our stuff hostage! She had copies on file of the card, of the DL and still wanted that signature: could not consider payment with another card! Not to mention our room was not cleaned on one of the days. BAD experience!! DON'T WANT TO GO BACK THERE!

Rates were too high. Im sure its because of the recent hurricanes, but one side wasn't even being used. AC didn't cool the rooms very good. So for a 103.00 dollars to spend the night total rip off.

I stayed a few days after hurricane Irma. The idea of staying there was because I didn't have power and wanted some a.c. The a.c. didn't cool down that well. There were very minimal electrical sockets, and what there was, half of them didn't work. Some lights didn't work due to sockets not working as well as the provided microwave. They started lawn service and roof service at 7:30 in the morning, of course waking me up. Overall, it was a mediocre place to stay. If there were any other choices, I would have gone through with them instead.

Stayed for one night after the passing of Hurricane Irma. The A/c just got by having to be set to max to be acceptable. The bed was good. Too few electrical sockets, with one of them only have 1 working plug, even the included microwave was plugged into a dead socket. In the end trying to get away from the heat with the lack of places with power I was glad to have the place to stay.

The reason why I'm posting this is because if I had known more information about this hotel I never would have sent my son there but for anyone who is questioning if this is a good and clean environment for families and young people it is loaded with drugs and unsafe. The IHOP has prostitutes. My son was nervous about the people around there when he had arrived and 5 days into his stay he was deceased. After speaking with the West Palm Beach detectives 3 people had died in that hotel alone just that week and it occurs in this area apparently all the time so please be aware that this is not a safe place and they only have one video camera in the lobby nothing in the hallways. The only reason why I'm saying this is maybe somewhere down the road someone is going to send a young family member down there thinking that it's safe and it's not they're drug addicts and dealers living in this hotel. The only reason why there is a 1 * 4 review is because it is forcing me to put it there so I can post this review obviously this hotel get Zeroes

As old as this place is, it's a dream stop right off the road. Since last time, they have relandscaped. Everything worked, very clean, and the bedding all looks new. Definitely a good stop, w/pool.

Good motel to sleep in, front desk seems unapproachable. gas station and restaurants are walking distance that's why I give it a four star
