Best place to go during a hurricane! Pet friendly during a hurricane and local
Hotel is clean. We called ahead to ask for room availability and the lady on the phone said there was enough rooms. An hour later we came to the hotel to book rooms and the man at the desk said they were booked but there was 1 room available. After looking in the parking lot there was only 2 or 3 cars so a member of our group went up again and asked it there was a room available. So he checked and then said there was another room avaialble. After a few attempts I was able to get on the Wi-Fi. Pricing for the rooms were different online vs walking in and booking. Breakfast has lots of options, however, the eggs tasted like they were powdered. Also the juice had a weird smell.
Stayed in 3 different Holiday Inns over the last 3 nights. 1 in Austin, 1 in Pensacola and 1 here. This was by far the most expensive, and had the worst upkeep. When I came in the ladies were, to their credit, trying to resolve a phantom leak for another customer. The room as I was assigned had a door separating me from another room with loud neighbors. Made for a rough night sleep. The staff was friendly, but I would not stay here again. I am sure there were many other hotels I could've stayed at for a similar price with much nicer amenities. However, I enjoyed my previous 2 nights stays so decided to stick with it regardless of the price. In retrospect, I regret that decision.
It's a great place to stay and the housekeeper are wonderful and they keep it so clean so check them out😊😊
Nice staff, nice room. Large Mini-fridge, small microwave, Keureg in the room and coffee available in the lobby all evening long. Staff created breakfast bags for the team since we left before breakfast opened. Walls are thin but there weren't any loud guests running up and down the hallway and the hotel was sold out. Convenient location to get to the NTC facility. Would def stay here again.
This place is definitely a 5* resort in my opinion. Very clean, great amenities, loved the free breakfast..lots of choices and good food..have a fridge and a microwave in our roomI would highly recommend this place..my first time here and I love it!! It has been a wonderful experience..untilThe only bad thing I can say is..we are here during hurricane Irma..checked in yesterday..scheduled to check out tomorrow..but since the Hurricane won't be over we went down to the front desk to extend our stay which I thought would be no problem..but turns out we can't extend our stay and we have to check out not knowing if we will even still have a home to go home to. We live here in townwith no family down here..kind of bummedI thought with such weather they couldn't make you leave but I guess that's not the case. She wasn't very nice about it at allwish I had her name but I don't. There's also a curfew tomorrow here in Clermont..they say no one on the roads between 7pm Sun. Til 6pm Mon. but checkout time is 11am. Not good..we are without a room at that timeeverything was perfect til this happened. This is like a nitemare.
The rooms were neatly put together and we were grateful, my family and I, to find a room last minute. Also, the complementary breakfast was really good
Went there for a meeting in the lobby. Clean washrooms. Looked like a nice variety of breakfast foods for the mornings. Nice outdoor pool.
We hold monthly meetings in the conference room here for up to 50 people, and we've never received a complaint about the facility! The staff is alsways very friendly and helpful! And the parking is very accomodating.
Spent a night here during a store review. The room and bed were adequete. No noise during the night. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.
Nice, clean, and updated rooms. TV was finicky but evenually turned on. Check-in and check-out were quick and without issues by friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection. The pancakes machine was cool but the pancakes were a little tough. Overall would stay again when visiting Clermont.
After driving 20 hours to get to Florida for our vacation to the keys this place was exactly what we needed to rest up. Friendly staff, quiet place, very clean and great breakfast food! Veggie omelettes, turkey sausage, pancakes, yogurt, fruits, etc. I could go on and on about all the positives about this place! SO glad we paid a little extra to stay here! Will be back again next year!
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for four nights and I must say it was most enjoyable! The room was modern and fresh and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay here again.
