I've always enjoyed this place. Most city Orlando hotels are in places with little around them. The Eo is different. It's in the heart of Thornton park which is a fun and cute neighborhood of Orlando with houses, bars and restaurants. It's awesome. As to the hotel, it's always priced well, and is clean. I ding it one star only for a handful of trivial things. I've stayed here now dozens of times, and all the electrical outlets are loose. You can't plug in anything without the plug falling right out of the socket. Charging a phone is a almost impossible. Additionally, some rooms are now ready for a refresh and are a bit tired. Not 'bad Motel 6' tired, but reaching that point of needing to replace and repaint in some places. Everything is very clean, but some things are warn. Saying this Eo is my choice over any chain in Orlando - and I'm platinum with Marriott.
Enjoyed our stay!! Was surprised to find such a beautiful Inn in the heart of Orlando. The room was beautiful and clean. Great place for a get away!!
We had a wonderful stay! Great location & room. We are looking forward to staying again soon!!
Very lovely, great staff, clean a little noisy cars outside but a very nice close to everything
Different than a hotel, very interesting experience but in a good way. The Hot Tub was nice.
Private own hotel. The beds are great. Its an older building and it has a little cuteness about it. The people are down to earth and very helpful.
The place is nice and quiet. It's not fancy but it works. It's close by the park and in walking distance of downtown Orlando. Lot's of places to eat and party.
Kimberly and Chad knew how to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, responsive to my every concern. Clean rooms with European charm. Private balcony to sit and enjoy the outdoor air. Jacuzzi on the roof open 24 hours. Above all, it is right on the bus route to and from the airport!! Thanks for a great extended stay.
Great staff, fantastic location. Rooms are comfortable, but the finishes feel a little cheap. Highly recommend it though, if you're visiting downtown Orlando.
Room was not very clean, floors in hallway look like they haven't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time, found a bug in our bed, ants crawling on window sills and just an overall mildewy and musky smell. Bed extemely uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the $135/night charge!! Scary man standing outside hotel and just not worth the money!
The room was a little small but clean and beautiful. The bed was huge! The staff was very nice and helpful. Free coffee and water too. I live in Orlando, and it was a great place to stay within walking distance of downtown.
You will not beat the location. Staff are awesome. Definitely escapes the corporate chain feel in favor of a home like boutique feel.
Great little boutique hotel right on Lake Eola. Highly recommended the upgrade to king deluxe. It's a spa like room. You won't be disappointed.
Chad, at the front desk, made all the difference in the world. I went to him with a concern and he turned it around immediately. This is a great place and I will definitely be back.
