The room was clean, amenities working. Bed was comfortable. A great night sleep. Breakfast was good. Overall nice hotel.

Great location..Ruby was on the desk and she is amazing. Initially assigned to a handicap room which wasn't suitable. She reassigned us to a room on 3rd floor. Very quiet which gave us a restful night before cruising. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend. The complimenty tea near front desk was so nice after a long flight and was nice to help settle before going to bed.

Located on cluster of similar hotels. Nice rooms, clean area. Staff is friendly and attempts to be helpful but inexperienced. Got wake up calls for 4:30am instead of 7am. Map & directions of local restaurants inaccurate for directions & distances for walking. What appears to be 10 restaurants in same area actually 1-2 with others spread apart in 3 mile area. Does provide shuttle to/from airport but expect long wait time.

Fabulous room. We were in room 312. It's a tad confusing to find elevator after you leave room so pay attention. Finding room was easy. Breakfast was wonderful withnlots of choices Beds were super comfortable and my favorite part was it was so clean.

Stayed overnight. Free shuttle arrived quicker than the time given. Checked in quick. Hotel very clean. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast what you would expect. Very nice. All the staff we were in contact with were very polite and helpful.

This hotel is everything that I expect from a Fairfield. Professional and courteous staff that were extremely accommodating for me as my travel plans fell apart. They gave me directions to the shuttle location over the phone and by the time the shuttle got to the hotel, my room was ready.
The nightly rate was very competitive. The facility was clean and in great shape and they were able to put me into my normal style of room with no problems.
They provide shuttle service to the airport and are within walking distance of many different types of restaurants.response / report this review -

Very clean, spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Got a late check-out for free. Nice, large outdoor pool. Had to wait in the lobby for an hour and they have a bunch of board games to help pass the time.

The water doesn't heat to desired hotness, parking was at times tricky, and the elevator was playing games. Other than that everything was fine.

Convenient stay very close to the airport. Very clean. Helpful employees. Fully stocked continental breakfast. We would definitely stay again on our way in or out of town.

Lovely hotel. Easy to find and park. Close to Orlando international airport. Within walking distance of a movie theater with reclining seats, shopping, and nice restaurants including a Marlow's Tavern with great cocktails and my favorite asparagus fries.

This place was quaint and cozy. It was close to the Orlando International Airport and had convenient transport to and from the airport. It had a small, but clean pool that was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and I have no complaints. Price was fair and the continental breakfast was good. I would highly recommend.
