Rooms and beds are good. My parents staying in another room had their stuff stolen - yep went in the suitcase and took it out during the cleaning time. Hotel manager was supposed to call me twice, never did. I tried to leave a poor review on their website but Holiday Inn won't let you post bad reviews. Pass on the breakfast, you could eat better at a fast food joint. Frozen food just thawed out - not tasty nor good to eat.
Very nice hotel, everything was still new. Rooms and beds are excellent. Only negative is you may want to pass on the breakfast, typical hotel breakast food but the sausage gravy and the turkey patties were barely room temperature, kinda gross. Might have better luck at the waffle house across the parking lot.
New location, large screen TV that you can actually see from the bed! Quiet rooms and stand up shower. From an avid business traveller, would stay here again and would also spend my own money at this location.
Comfortable bed and quite. Need to vacuum their rooms better. Headboard design collects dust There is a keurig in the room and the breakfast food was good. Overall good. Not sure why the one reviewer said ruff area. The area is not ruff or shady at all. Friendly safe location.
Very new and nice rooms. The location is rough though. Well lit parking lot which helps keep the outside clientele out though. They allowed up to park our large trucks along their Access road. So now try to park a semi at the Texaco next to it though, it is expressly forbidden.
Nice place, 6 mos young so still very clean. Just a suggestion, there Is no mirror in the room. My son and I shared a room so putting makeup on was impossible when he was in the bathroom and we were crunched for time.
Room didn't get a full clean after our first night, kind of strange considering they weren't full. It was a little loud staying right on top of the freeway. Otherwise great breakfast and friendly staff.
Hotel is very modern. Everything seems very new and nice. Beds are excellent. Breakfast was better than many hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, good choice for a place to stay.
I can not even begin to express how thankful we are with how accommodating and nice the staff, especially Kimberly, was during our unexpected stay. We were traveling from IL to FL when we ran into major car issues and luckily were right by that hotel when we were no longer able to drive in the middle of the night. We ended up getting a room and were going to figure out what we were going to do the in morning. After multiple failed attempts to get back on the road they allowed us to stay until we did work out our driving situation. Even when I went to the lobby the cleaning lady on staff pushed my luggage cart to the lobby because I had to carry my baby and was struggling to get there myself to wait and meet my significant other with our rental vehicle. So thank you very much for everything and making our extremely stressful situation a little less stressful.
Long time platinum tier customer of this chain. The hotel itself was brand new and perfect but the staff seemed under-trained and understaffed to handle the spring break weekend travelers. The front desk associate did an admirable job of dealing with multiple customers all evening while the associate tending the morning bar didn't seem to know how to deal with the crowds and couldn't keep the most of the foods stocked in the morning. The manager was nowhere to be seen. I'm sure in time the staff will get their feet under them and this will be a great place to stay along I-75.
New hotel with well setup rooms. Location near I-75 is lacking close amenities other than fast food.
Clean room, breakfast menu good
Very nice, brand new rooms at a good rate. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, though.
Place is brand new, and it looks amazing. Very nice hotel.
