Terrible service, rooms were nasty, had roaches, lights, microwave, tv's didn't work. The worst hotel experience ever. Stay here at your own risk!!

Not great..but not bad either. Clean, but far from elegant. Friendly staff. Not a lot of amenities but you can get some quiet sleep and a lot of fast food is nearby. The neighborhood is a little sketchy if your not "hood related" but still relatively safe if you're use to hood environments.

When I rented there. I don't know about now. Nice set up. May have to check the room first to make sure the walls are clean.

Bad customer service.. terrible room conditions..even worse neighborhood drugs r sold next door .found bed bugs on my bed n showed staff but still couldnt get a refund or a different room. ended up just leaveing.. the male staff r perverts n stare at you like you stole something.they nocked on my door n told me they had to come in n clean 3 hours after i got the room .. made me feel very uncomfortable.. worse motel ever

Great place if you are staying in Anchorage. Close to Downtown, will Shuttle to Airport or Train Station. Use Thrifty Car Rental 3730 Spender Rd to save 29% Airport Taxes. Worth the cab fare some 3 miles away as they shuttle to and from the Americas Best Value Inn - Decatur/Atlanta so no further cab fair is needed.

Stayed there on July 1st 2016. The room looks clean , seem to be nice. I checked out that following morning and once I got to work I notice I had gotten bit by something. Let me just get to the point,! they had freaking bed bugs!!!!!! And when I called to inform them, this lady was very very Rude to me!!! I told her the room I was in which was 709!! She then told me they don't have a 709😕. And told me to call the owner the following day. I will never go back to this nasty ass hotel. Instead of her being concern and fixing the problem they just ignored it.

The room was very cozy, offering a mini fridge, ironing board, and LCD TV The rates were a little rich for the blood. Especially with a motel 6 right next door.
