I only paid $61 for the night so I feel as if I got what I paid for but the hotel was not the best. I arrived late but had called ahead to let them know I would be arriving around 11PM, I had to ring the bell twice and when no one came I called on the phone and then she came out. The sheets were not changed that I could tell and the 2 pillows were thrown on the couch when I entered the room. The room seemed to have been recently painted but looks like they painted over old dirt and paint. Also there were folks outside my room roaming and talking most of the night I think they settled down around 3AM. When I went to check out the next morning the door was locked and you were to put the key inside a window which anyone could then take the key and use it. This was not a good stay for me. I would have voiced all of this to the clerk but as I said the door was lock and no one to speak with at checkout.

Shelley and Debra are wonderful people. We booked 5 rooms with them to evacuate from Florida to avoid Irma and although they were over booked by the time we got there, they found another place for us and paid the difference in rate so we could all be together. They also helped us navigate around the nightmare traffic around Atlanta to get to our destination. Rome, GA is very blessed to have people like them in thier community.

been staying here for about a month and it's a really good place to stay. The staff at the motel are wonderful and really helpful if needed. Thanks for making my time here a pleasant one. It's great

Me and my family had to stay here and we received nothing less than adequate service from management and employees. Prices are reasonable and affordable, family oriented because the owner has children of their own. Friendly atmosphere.

I came here to get away for the weekend and I don't regret a dime. Being that this is a 3-star hotel I felt like I was at the Hampton. Compared to the rest of the hotels in the area. Loved it looking forward to staying again and besides my grandparents thinks the staff is so helpful when at times they don't have to beAnd I really appreciate the kindness and respected service I received here

The service here is great and the people who work here r evan better. Clean sheets and towels and the rooms are very clean. If u need anything they go above and beyond to fix the problem. I recommend this place to everyone.
