The campground was clean and bigger than expected. Lots of trees, hills and places to walk and explore. The bath house was definitely older, but was kept very clean. The staff was very helpful, especially when we ended up having to extend our stay an extra day. We ended up staying five nights with four teenagers and we all enjoyed the stay very much. The little store in the office has all of the basics if you forget something. Close enough to the interstate for easy access, but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. We look forward to staying here again when it is warmer.

There was a problem with the cabin we had reserved for the weekend. Brian called and told me about it. My heart sank. We look forward to this camping trip every year. Before I could get sad, Brian offered us 2 free tent sites for the weekend. Bless his heart, he didn't have to do that. We took those tent sites and had a wonderful time. Brian and his family are why this KOA is our favorite. Thanks, y'all! We'll be back!

Very nice place. Great for children. However I had a friend that was camping with his 5 year old grandson and one of the managers got onto the little boy for touching a leaf on a tree and caused him to cry. Thought that was out of line. Had another friend that was harassed because he had 2 vehicles at his spot. They were completely out of the way and not bothering anyone. All of the overflow parking was full so he had nowhere to park. He was harassed until he ended up having to park almost a half a mile away.

Great location, friendly staff, fun activities for the whole family! Kids loved the jump pillow and the Halloween activities. Well maintained facilities. We will definitely come back!

Great place to go. Price is not bad. The owners either have South African friends or heritage. We went during their annual South Africa days at the campground. It was very crowded and not easy to use the shower house facilities. There was different foods and activities on the main days for everyone to partake of.

We stayed in one of their small cabins instead of staying in a hotel for a night. It was much cheaper than a hotel stay and offer a beautiful view with a short drive to Chattanooga. The kids loved their activities and we loved that their was a small store on site that sold snacks, drinks & firewood. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Do NOT stay here if you're looking for rest and relaxation. We were evacuating from Irma. We were tired and weary from driving.Our site was very noisy. The jumpy pillow was on one side and constantly barking dogs on the other. I'm all for kids having fun and all, but constant screaming and yelling all day long except for about 30 min around dinner time. It lasted until it got dark. No chance for a nap or sitting outside to relax here. We notified the office and asked for another site early in the day. (we noticed the noise on both sides of us immediately). They said they couldn't accommodate us in another site. We ended up cutting the stay here to one day rather than the three we had planned. They didn't want to refund our last two days, but give a raincheck. After some insistence, my husband got a refund on his card.

The sites are tight. The winding, hilly, nearly all gravel terrain made it difficult to even take a nice little walk.

I just would not recommend this campground to anyone.

Stayed two weekdays after Labor day in a tent. The camp is on the small side and things are very compact. The spaces between the sites are small and the road zig-zagging through the campground is narrow. The tent site was just big enough for a large tent, and a car. Plus the site was near the night flood light which lite up the tent all night. We did not use any of the amenities except the showers and bathrooms which were clean.. Many of the tent sites were empty which was a good thing. If half were filled, it would have been unpleasant.

Staff was super helpful especially since the power was out when we arrived. Amenities available for if you want to camp in luxury or rough it. Kid friendly with on site playground, jump pad, movie theatre, organized activities, and swimming pool.

We went the last week of March, so the pool wasn't open and the office/shop closed at 5pm. A little early to close, but we understood. The playground was nice - there's a big spider web "thingy" that was unique and fun. Very cool trail system around it as well we took advantage of. It's a well run campground and family friendly.

Great little campground, and the nicest KOA we have stayed at. We were on campsite 52 right next to the playground; our two little ones loved that. Getting into the campground was easy thanks to great signage and we appreciated how well the owners had cut the trees back. Our site was level, and had a picnic table as well as full hook ups. Great little camp store with all the basics. Owners were really friendly and very accommodating. We will be back to this one.

Such a wonderful place!! we only stayed one night. However, it was quite, the owners were very friendly. Wonderful place for kids. had multiple play areas, a game room, and a pool. also good spot to enjoy nature. we camped in a tent, ground was a little uneven.. but, it's to be expected in a mountain scape. They made sure we had everything we needed. Even on a holiday! It was wonderful to escape the rest of the world and enjoy life how God intended! Stress free and slowed down! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! :)
