Lots of amenities, but well protected by by numerical codes. A lot of the condos are privately owned & are very luxurious & beautiful. Views are incredible over looking the ocean.

We own a condo here. I think it is very good. They have great beaches. The room is always clean. And they have very friendly staff and security. We have had this condo for a year, and we will definitely be keeping it.

#Resort in this city must be some kind of local inside joke played on tourist for pricing reasons. Not really as clean or updated as it should be for the prices imposed. Stingray on Thomas Dr is a much nicer stay & far more friendly for disabilities or small children

Nice place. Parking is a pain, MANY rules. Must wear arm bands but no one available for a day and a half to get them then Gestapo security treats you like you're trying to steal the silver when you go to the beach. Long walk to the beach because the resort chairs and umbrellas take up the entire beach in front. You can't go in front of them and you MUST pay to use them.
It is fairly expensive for the time of the year. We probably not use this property again

Many mixed Reviews on this place, but actually still one of the Best in PCB It's located very conveniently to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Frank Brown Park, which are places that frequently host attractions

There are 30-Stories full of Condos of all sizes Prices are VERY Reasonable and better than others nearby A short walk across the street for plenty of Food establishments and a 5 minute walk to Dusty's Oyster Bar (a Favorite of many).

The only complaint on some Reviews was the wait times for Elevators during Peak times With 30 Stories, this is going to happen, even with 7 Elevators My suggestion would be to avoid 10am (Checkout) and 4pm (Check-in) times Load up your Luggage Cart the night before and keep a small bag that can be carried onto the Elevator the morning of Checkout.

By far still one of my favorite places to stay during Vacation!

Me and 10 other friends stayed here, on the 13 floor. Which we just went there Aug 13 -18 2017. Everyone that work there was friendly and eager to help. I seen where a lot of people had so many complaints. The elevators work just fine while we was there, only complaint that I would have is that elevators didn't have AC. But with that said I come to Florida for the beach heat and sunshine, the 10 sec in the elevators not going to ruin my time or stay there. The condo was awesome very clean, and open. The parking Garage has very good security there, and easy to go into and out of the garage. Carts and buggies for your belongings stored there at the garage for your helping hand, would I stay here at Tidewater Beach Resort again? Absolutely!

1 bedroom condo was beautiful. View was beautiful. The staff are condescending, act like they are bothered by your presence. Security is at def com 5 level which to me is insane. Feels like a prison. Hard to relax! Older lady security guard acted like she was apart of the secret service. Got very loud with us because our kids didn't have them stupid bracelets on. The argumentive, know it all, front desk girl that wraps her hands in ace bandages argued with me because she didn't give me 4 bracelets when we checked in 2 days prior. Front desk also gives you no info what so ever! No help. Just crappy attitudes! Will most definitely never ever ever stay here again. I feel sorry for the owners here. Would not recommend to any one.ever! Don't waste your money.

Booked a one bedroom condo here. Room was nice however there were some issues. Refrigerator had a fracture in the shelf, There was a fracture in the overhead kitchen lighting housing, TV would not change channels unless you keyed in the channel number. Light over the bed in the bedroom would not come-on. Contacted the reservation company Panhandle Getaways nothing was ever done about it or any of the other issues.Too bad property management didn't seem to be interested in fixing the issues as soon as possible because the hotel itself was excellent. Tile floors and a big kitchen.Very nice and bright condominium. Only had those issues with-it. Hotel security was everywhere. I can't say honestly about security because I have never stay at a resort the had that much security before. However it seemed as though they enforce the rules and policies of the hotel decently.

This place is extremely overboard on their parking pass policy and everyone is starting to stay at some of the nicer places like Calypso because of this inconvenience. Proof of reservation should be enough to attain a parking pass but they make it hard on people that don't rent directly from Edgewater. Very unethical and low class.

All night long outside the window. The sound of heavy machinery. May need OSHA to test DB level I'm sure we need hearing protection. Awesome, not And let's not forget the wifi dropping every 10 minutes or so

Great views and beach front! I was concerned about slow elevators from other ratings but even during spring break week they were quick all the way to the 26th floor. Noise from condo above us was heard at night as if furniture was being moved around. Other than that no complaints.

Our condo was wonderful, up to date, and clean! We loved the fact that security was on duty at all times, making a sister trip feel safe. Our view was amazing! It had a beautiful view of both the city and the beach. Definitely want to stay again next Spring Break! ❤
