The building itself is difficult to navigate. Because it's under construction, you have to find the right elevator/escalator to get to the fifteenth floor. Then the main lobby is to the right around the wall. I'm sure it's a nice hotel, but the fact that it's frustrating to get to the main lobby makes it seem like it's not exactly a good place. The bar, however, has the world's best view of the city, I highly recommend it, if only for the view. The drinks are heavy on alcohol, the food is pretty okay, but the view almost makes it worth it.

Overall a nice stay. The room had excellent views and the lobby and rooms were all perfectly clean. Only downside was the pool was very cold. Otherwise an excellent place to stay and we plan to stay there again.

I loved the location of the hotel. Very close to everything. We had a suite and the vriws we're incredible. They have a convenient store and bar. Both we used and we're happy with. The pool was cold! But we were able to heat up in a sauna after.

Absolutely wonderful room with a great view. Perfectly situated in downtown Chicago and next to a number of restaurants and bars, with both options available inside of the hotel as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the city to do business or looking for a weekend getaway.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a night with my husband and two kids ages 10 & 16. The service was outstanding! From the amazing bellman to the friendly front desk staff.
Jay was able to make our check in process quick and easy with a bit of humor and a big smiling face. exactly what we all needed after a long drive into the busy hectic city of Chicago!
The room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay and relax while being close and convenient to shopping & restaurants in the heart of Chicago!!response / report this review -

Cane here for a party in their hall and we were able to park in front. The place looks nice and welcoming. They also have a bar and restaurant to relax and it was fun.

We we're at this hotel for a tech conference. Though it is a bit odd with the lobby being on the 15th floor, the staff made it easy to understand. From the bellmen on the street to the reception staff everyone was kind and helpful. The views from my room we're spectacular, and the room itself comfortable. Great experience

View of the river and the city from our room is exceptional. The staff responds to issues promptly. The location is a good walking distance to the river and ride share programs have no issues finding us. Very courteous staff.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, surrounded by the Chicago river. Always have a rough time finding in with google maps but once we are there we don't take our car out again. Only $40 for 24 hour parking. 6 blocks to the train or cabs waiting right the the doorstep. Nice bar area & restaurant in the hotel. Have not tried the indoor pool but looks great with a dome over the top. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Cannot beat the views! Have stayed here 2x in past month and plan to again in August.

Beautiful hotel (especially the lobby) in a great location. The Navy Pier was about a 35-50 minute walk, Millennium Park slightly less, and there were several great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and we were able to check-in to our rooms way earlier than expected. The room itself was clean and the sound proofing seemed to be adequate as I did not hear any sounds from other guests.

The hotel was located very centrally in downtown Chicago. It was very nice inside, with the lobby situated on the 15th floor. Amazing views of the city all around. The rooms feel like they've been updated somewhat recently with new Tv's, flooring and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was great. The only thing I didn't like was my view of the inner part of the building where I could I see the stained roof.

My experience at the hotel was pleasant. Its location was definitely a big factor in my choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is on the 15th floor, so getting between ground level and your room involves some walking and 2 sets of elevators but that's the only real fault I could find with my stay ☺️

Good views of the city is the best quality. They had "lost" my reservation when I arrived and so I was sent to another hotel for one night. And the next day had to wait 2 h at the lobby until they had a room ready for me. Restaurant and bar are overpriced. But the view from the bar is awesome

Great room, super clean, great bar, great amenities, great location. Concierge was extremely helpful. Entire staff definitely went the extra mile. This is a 4+ star hotel. Definitely upscale.

Get more wait staff at that City bar. Already forgot the name. Otherwise, that food was actually pretty decent. Service was friendly but terribly slow. Room was spotless, all amenities available. The Mart is a great location. Great taxi service at the front door. Really nice joint.
