The front desk staff was rude. There isn't much in their little area they call a store

I sat down at the bar to watch Monday night football and ESPN doesn't work.i was told it hasn't work for over a year.tried to watch Thursday night and also a no go.was told I can watch it in my room.guess what if I pay to eat and drink I should be able watch TV.Take them down if you don't want anyone to watch or fix it. The BBQ hamburger is good.i won't sit at the bar any more and breakfast is not free.11/11/17

So horrible!! I cant believe how unapologetically bad the service is here. Check in was at 3pm, but the lobby was filled with guests waiting for AN HOUR because none (((none))) of the rooms were clean. And no one apologized or offered any compensation. Wow. Just go anywhere else. Also, the bath didn't drain and there was mold in the shower. The hook was broken off the door, and the sign that's usually at an elevator saying "in case of fire, use stairs" had been ripped off. Many things to show this place is not maintained. And besides all this grodiness, they don't have complimentary breakfast. Seriously? Don't come here. Ever.

Attention was horrible. They guy at the front desk was very rude. The so called "waitress" treated us like she was doing us a favor because we got breakfast vouchers included with our rate. The only good thing was the location. Stay away from this hotel if you appreciate being treated with respect.

I stayed at this location for 4 days and i will tell you this to stay away from it. Yes the outside looks good but once you settle in to bed at night you will not get much sleep. I had 2 rooms on 2 different floors and well bed bugs is all i can say about that. But people in both rooms have bites all over them. We caught the bed bugs in a cup to give to the staff when they came to the room

Visited Savannah for a week and didn't want to pay the rates of a city hotel. This location was perfect. Great staff and facility was in very good shape. Super comfortable bed and the air worked great in the hot Savannah summer. They had a restaurant in the hotel which was pretty good with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

Beds are comfortable. Lobby/resturant area is nice. Conveniently located, near several fast food restaurants. There is a smell throughout the hotel , it does seem like are high Sulfur area. Shower heads coated in hard water deposits. Smells like well water. It seems like the people that set up the room positioning had never done it before. In a room with 2 queen size beds, the A/C blows directly on bed. Not a bad experience at all, just a little funky. Also important to note, this is a actual holiday inn, not an express as some sites list it. So no free breakfast..

Stayed 2 nights, went to Disney and Disney springs during our stay. For what we needed it was perfect. Great service, beautiful hotel. We were able to see fireworks from our balcony. Parking want included in the room fee. Room was nice and clean. TV was annoying, only complaint.

Not a bad hotel. Only problem we had was a weird smell throughout the hotel. I think it was the entire area though and not just the hotel. Maybe there is a large presence of sulfur around that area. Anyway, room was clean and the staff was nice.

This property is conveniently located but the rooms are a bit "tired", and the housekeeping staff seems to do the bare minimum. Thankfully this hotel is under new management so there's hope.

If you get Bernie, you might as well sit and wait awhile. I needed extra towels for my room he told me he couldn't leave the desk and I would have to wait till shift change. REALLY. The hotel was nice but not well kept. Wall molding coming off. Our tub/shower leaked, the curtain didn't keep anything in. The was some old plastic still stuck to the shower walls that looked like old broke off shower shelves. The fan in the bathroom never came on. The channel listings for the TV were not the same as the TV. Employees that were said that they were housekeeping were walking up asking you what room you were in. My wife looked at her and told her "I'm not telling you". The Little pantry that is SUPPOSE to have food in it was empty. The place was very poor, and I will not come back to this hotel again.

Way over priced, no breakfast, all the hotels around it had free breakfast. Location was the only thing I liked but would choose any of the other hotels.
