WOWWED! The BEST bed IN breakfast! No hidden fees! AMAZING STAFF! Complimentary breakfast in bed, hot tea, cold tea, lemonade, evening hors d'oeuvres with wine, a cab called upon request.just all around hospitable with a genuine group of individuals. I felt like a princess (a much needed getaway). The beauty of the place, it's location was great if you like walks, or taking a bike tour was great too (tips for tour guides are like 5, 10, 15 bucks). I suggest have some cash, or the tour guide will bike you to an ATM. ENJOY!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gastonian - everyone here was so friendly & helpful, and the room was amazing. We we're lucky enough to book the Carriage House, which I would highly recommend.

Great historic Inn! We stayed in the Lincoln Street room for our honeymoon. It's just far enough away from downtown/river street that you can still easily walk anywhere with great scenery along the way yet feel private and tucked away. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My wife and I could not say enough great things about this place. PS bring an appetite for breakfast in bed :)

This has been the most wonderful stay for my husband and I. The staff are so friendly, and when they found out it was our anniversary, they had champagne brought to our room! The food is amazing, and the house dog, Stanley, is the cutest! We love the Gastonian and will always stay here while visiting Savannah!

We stayed in the Juliette Gordon Low room. The room was very quaint and clean. We had our own private balcony, which was great for our breakfast that was brought up on a silver platter each morning. The grounds and Inn were well kept and clean, but still had that historic Savannah feel. Michael, the conconcierge, was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for things to do and places to eat and even called to arrange dinner and a pedicab. Walter, the grounds manager, was also very helpful with locking our bikes up during the nighttime. We had such a great time, and they made us feel right at home. Oh, did I mention complementary wine and hor d'oeuvres from 5-7. We will definitely be back.

The service at The Gastonian is top notch. The staff is super friendly and the made to order breakfasts are great (the biscuits are amazing) The room that we stayed in was the Hunter room on the 2nd floor beautiful room with high ceilings and a nice shower and it is kept spotless. The hotel is located on a very quite street with parking in the back which was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel!

We needed a private getaway to chill and enjoy each other and did we ever find it at the The Gastonion! The room was impeccable, the fireplace, beautiful, the staff, could not be nicer and we appreciated all of the great attention to detail. The food was beautifully prepared and the location just right. We will return!

We stayed in the Garden Room by a fountain with fish outside our door in a nice garden area and it was peaceful! Breakfast included warm items such as grits or eggs, but minimal choices. Staff was gracious; location far from center of town; transportation easy to arrange if not driving and would recommend not driving as parking is tricky. Everett is outstanding and does turn down at night and has great mints!

First time at this property and we found it awesome! The staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive. The food was great and we took advantage of the romantic turndown service one night which did not disappoint! The location of the Inn is so convenient to everything in Savannah from a walking distance -- we never used our car the entire weekend.

The Gastonian B&B is somewhat overpriced compared to other accommodations in the area. The interior is decorated with antique period furniture. We stayed in the Mary Hillyer room and found it large and comfortable with a modern bathroom and access to a shared balcony. Marcus and Everett were wonderful hosts and helped with finding restaurants in the area. The hot breakfast was very good, individually prepared and plentiful. Afternoon and evening wine and snacks were available. The building's interior and exterior are meticulously maintained. We also stayed at the Amethyst Garden B&B one block away but preferred the Gastonian as it was $50 cheaper each night, better maintained with excellent service and with larger rooms. The Gastonian provides parking and is located on the edge of the historic district about a 20 minute walk to the waterfront shopping and restaurant area.

    Awesome!!! Awesome!! Awesome!!
We absolute loved this place for our three night stay in savannah.. Everyone that works here is such a pleasure. Breakfast was wonderfully made each morning and even custom made our last. He heard we wanted biscuits and gravy and made it just for us. Everett was a true pleasure to see each day and talk with as was Marcus.. Thank you all and we can't wait to stay in this gem again
