I’ve been on the hunt for a local flower shop for biweekly home delivery and testing them out for different occasions. Stopped in today for some birthday flowers, allowing them creative flexibility with a $50 budget. What I got (purple bouquet below) was something no better than a grocery store bouquet I could have gotten anyway else for $20-$30. Last week I tried out another local florist, giving them $60 and asking for a vase (the pink flowers below). You can see the difference- the $60 one was full and luscious. I am all about supporting local businesses but this place is overpriced for what you get.

It isn't easy to pick a floral shop online - especially not knowing much about the flower shops in the area of the recipient. The arrangement I ordered exceeded my expectations and put a smile on the face of our loved one who received it! I couldn't be more pleased with choosing Hinsdale Flower Shop! I have added it to my "favorites" for future florist orders!

First of all, my experience was excellent from start to finish. It was a little too expensive for what I'd usually get (only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars), but I was happy to do it for my sister. The flowers were beautiful, and she loved them! She wasn't home when you delivered, and so I called the shop to make sure they were put inside since it was freezing outside, and the person I spoke to was super helpful and reassuring. One tiny thing - I ordered from Mitchell's Flowers in Orland Park and this email and survey came from Hinsdale Flower Shop - it would be great if Mitchell's appeared anywhere in the email so I knew right away this wasn't spam :)

I was left scrambling after a national floral delivery service called to tell me they would not be able to fill the order I had placed with them, and a replacement would not be available for another WEEK! I found Hinsdale Flower Shop online and decided to try them as a local option. By the time I hung up after my conversation with Megan, I was greatly assured that a bright, cheerful bouquet would be delivered to my recipient the very next day! What a huge relief, and I am grateful to her and Hinsdale Flower Shop for letting a relative know we were wishing her a speedy recovery, on a timely basis! Great people to work with, AWESOME flowers and Plants and Very Polite Customer Service. The Delivery is Very Accurate as well, I ordered Flowers for my Step Mother from Pikeville,KY for her Birthday and they arrived there that morning. They are my preferred Florist in Hinsdale

Have been using Hinsdale Flower Shop for my entire life.Grew up in Clarendon Hills and moved away for 32 years. When living far away and even overseas, I would always just call HFS to order many arrangements throughout the year.

I found Hinsdale Flower Shop after reading good reviews online. I ordered sympathy flowers for a relative who lives in Hinsdale. The online ordering process was very efficient and I appreciated the order confirmation and delivery confirmation emails. The flowers arrived when I requested. My relative sent me a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful. I was told they smelled great. I am very impressed with Hinsdale Flower Shop and I highly recommend them.
