Albert came out to do a roof inspection as I am selling my house. He was punctual and very professional. He saw a couple areas that needed to be caulked and he took care of it for me. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! I worked w Sean Vandyke initially for a quote for gutter replacement, very straight forward approach and also inspected my roof. They were pretty booked up but got to my project much faster than anticipated. The crew was great too. Did a great job. Definitely will recommend Franciscus Roofing to friends and family actually I already referred a neighbor to them.

We have used Franciscus Roofing for new gutter installation and a completely new roof. I’ve worked with Albert on all pricing estimates and as the foreman for our new roof. His attention to detail, transparency and professionalism are exemplary. Our new roof was completed inside 2 days and the team were on time, efficient and did a great job at making sure all debris was cleared from around our house before leaving. Albert and the Franciscus team provide excellent service.

they were very efficient and professional when tearing off and replacing my roof. they were quick and did an excellent job. Sean was so friendly and made picking out a new roof so easy and affordable also. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Will use them for rest of my life.

Great experience with Franciscus Roofing. We moved into a brand new home in Sept. 2014. Within 2.5 years we had shingles blow of our new home on 5 different occasions . Contacted Franciscus and July 2017 they skinned all the bad shingles replaced it with a new textured Certainteed Shingles. Cost was outstanding. Work was excellent. Sean Van Dyke, the project manager was outstanding !!!!! Will recommend your Company to anyone Thanks again, Tom.

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism we received in our new roof for the house and barn. Everything was explained to us, and we were even helped by Lee for the run around we were getting with our insurance co. Thanks so much for ALL your help. I would highly recommend.

Franciscus is now Franciscus-Squires (per Franciscus-Squires Project Manager). Squires (before partnership) installed my roof (complete tear down) in 2012. Leaked like a sieve across one entire roof line (where lower level roof abuts siding).they came out several times (claimed they fixed it).in March 2017 the water from the roof (through a very tight attic crawlspace) finally damaged the ceilings. I went into the crawlspace and the insulation was soaked and the water was pouring like a slow faucet. Put down tarps the best I could. Now Franciscus Squires is telling me that their 20 year labor warranty is void because of the "partnership". The story from the current Squires people is that Squires ripped out the felt/tyvek from behind my siding when they did the teardown (this is per the tech that came out and the PM).now the siding has to be removed, sections of the roof have to be removed, new tyvek, new stepped flashing, reinstalled cedar siding, etc. City Inspector and my insurance company do not agree that partnerships void warranties. It was definitely shoddy workmanship (by some subcontractor who was driving a pickup with another roofing company's name on it!) Squires did some kind of repair initially to hold off the leakbut it obviously wasn't a "permanent fix". PM is supposed to come out again today or tomorrow to "work something out".I am disgusted with this company. I am writing this review to warn others NOT to believe their warranties nor put any faith in their workmanship. I have been in touch with them for a few weeks and there is still no resolution.

Sean Van Dyke and his team of roofers, windows installers, garage door, and entry door co-workers have my highest recommendations. Sean coordinated all of these projects for a big renovation of mine. Everything looks great, and still looks great a year later!

We had a roof put on a rehab house and just love how it turned out! The guys started in at 8am and had the roof complete and cleaned up by 1pm. Sean VanDyke did an amazing job from quote to finish. Contact us if you'd like to see their work!
