They have been the best flower shop in Orland Park for as long as they have been in business. They never fail to deliver with the nicest designs! We use them for every occasion that we need flowers and have been pleased with their service ever time but this last time really sealed the deal. I ordered flowers for delivery for my mom’s 75th birthday and the arrangement they designed was over the top beautiful! The flower delivery was on time and She was so surprised and i am very grateful!!!

I ordered flowers online for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, they arrived that day. Since I live on the west coast and couldn’t be there, I had to trust online pictures. Unfortunately I had to fly in to be with my Mom due to my Dad being placed on hospice and only having a few days left. When I arrived the flowers looked so much better in person, the website photos didn’t do the actual flowers any justice. The quality was great! Looked amazing and lasted longer than expected.

Ordering was really easy. I live in CA and was ordering a plant arrangement for a funeral in Orland Park. There were lots of options and price ranges to choose from. I was informed the moment my plant arrangement was delivered and couldn't have been more pleased.

Mitchells Orland Park is the only flower delivery service I use for family and friends in the towns of Tinley Park and Orland Park. I live in California, so having a florist I trust is really important. Dan and his team can be counted on for all types of occasions. Whether I know exactly what I want or need recommendations - every arrangement turns out just right. They have gone above and beyond to make deliveries happen and to make each arrangement something meaningful.

Service is easy to provide when all goes well but the true level of service can only be identified when it does not. I ordered a bouquet for my parents this Christmas and when it arrived, it did not meet the standards of the picture that it was to match. Busy time of year, shortage of a specific flower and mom and dad received a "meh" arrangement for my $85 investment. Called and spoke to two gals who sent a guy out to the house with a new and gorgeous arrangement to exchange for the original. That is service after the sale and I will happily continue to utilize their services! Thanks Ladies!

Both the matching funeral premium vase and spray arrangements we sent were large, robust, colorful, and well arranged. There are never words to express sorrows to the family of the deceased, but I feel the flowers brought some modicum of comfort that their beloved was loved by others as well.

The flowers for our wedding reception were so beautiful! We had nothing but great compliments on the flowershats off to you guys! Everyone loved the white hydrangeas in the mason jars. And the flowers for memory vase were gorgeous! Thank you again for making our special day even more beautiful!

This place was horrific! I almost thought it was a joke. My flowers were wilted, the leaves were brown. I spent $300 for flowers that were already dying. If I could give them 0 stars I would. When I called to complain and ask for a refund the manager actually came to my house to get the flowers before issuing me a refund. I'm not sure what they will do with wilted flowers. I'm appalled at the quality and the service.the price is way too high to get flowers that last 20 minutes. It's incredibly disappointing and I feel mislead and cheated.

I have ordered about 3 or 4 bouquets of flowers this year so far and have been very pleased. I describe what I am looking for and they really follow through and design beautiful masterpieces for me. The staff is very easy to work with. I recently ordered a bouquet from them and the flowers lasted close to 2 weeks. They were so fresh looking even after a week. I definitely recommend ordering your flowers from them. They have talented floral designers.

Absolutely amazing service. I found out my childhood friend passed away suddenly and called them to send flowers because I couldn't be at the wake in time-I live hours away. They were making up the beautiful arrangement as I still was on the phone paying. Even though they had finished delivering for the day, they took the order and even reassured
me that my card was appropriate, as I was a little too frazzled to think clearly on the phone. The arrangement was at the funeral home within 35 minutes. Wonderful service--the kind you don't get anymore. Thank you, Mitchell's!

Mitchell's was great to work with- our initial meeting was fantastic and the two gentlemen helping me (Dave was one) kept pulling flower samples to throw together ideas of what I might like/want, giving expert advice and personal opinions all the while. It was great to get a visualization of things before committing. And speaking of committing, they are so flexible in working with your budget and amount of centerpieces and bouquets needed- I didn't need to commit to a number until weeks (if not days) before the wedding. Awesome! Day of service was great- all bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces showed up right where they should have, on time, looking exactly how I envisioned. Wonderful service and beautiful flowers at the price I wanted added such joy to my wedding day!
