Typical Hilton Garden Inn. Close to highway. Clean rooms (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator), frendly staff. Fast internet (at least for Diamond members). Perfect hot breakfast. Even better than average breakfast for Garden Inn chain. Definitely good place for business staying.

I enjoyed it. One thing that I noticed was that the bathrooms were placed right next to the event room, which I thought was a smart room. The hotel provided pens and paper for everyone, which was cool.

The stay was fine, nice hotel, comfy beds, breakfast is pricey and not that great. My biggest problem is that I left my glasses in my room by mistake and called housekeeping the very next day nobody answered. I left a detailed voicemail, no return call, I have called 2x since the voicemail for no one to answer or return my call RE: my glasses and whether or not they are there.

Very good hotel. Only complaint I had was that the internet did not work. I found out how to make it work when I checked out. Great bed. Very nice personnel. Did not eat there so I can't comment on that. I do give it 5 stars.

This place is always a bit nicer than the competition. Cleaner, friendlier, prettier, better gym, tastier breakfast.(even if it's not included). It does suffer the usual problem of box hotels, which is a noisy heater/air conditioner.

The room was large, clean, and came fully equipped with all the little comforts of home. During our stay, we not only received excellent service ourselves, but also saw the staff go above and beyond for other guests as well. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Salt Lake City.

Nice hotel, easy to get in and out of. Room was very nice and spacious. I didn't get to use the pool or other amenities but everything else was better than expected. Breakfast was also good and very quick.

Hotel was very clean. Was able to find a room last minute after our flight was cancelled. Room was clean, Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was fast and actually really good. Im only giving it 4 stars because the hallway had a strong chlorine smell coming from the pool area. But besides that our overall experience was great.

Stayed on 7/4/17. Hotel itself was nice and clean - room was a bit small. Staff and billing were a nightmare. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk told us where to park to get to our room, so we pulled there, got all of our stuff out, and tried to go in the door, but there was a sign on the door saying the key card entry was out of order - super frustrating, and she should have known to tell us that. We previously paid for the hotel and breakfast in full through a travel agent - we got up the next morning to get breakfast and needed our breakfast vouchers, so we went back to the front desk and the same lady was there. She told us breakfast was not included in our stay - I showed her my receipt from the travel agent proving we had already paid for breakfast, so it was frustrating having to argue with her about that. A couple of days later, we got charged by the hotel for staying there (we had already paid for the hotel ahead of time through our travel agent), so we had to call and it was a long drawn out process to get our money back. Now, an entire month later, they are all of a sudden charging us AGAIN for the same amount back from July - we have been in NC the entire time and nowhere near there since our one night stay. Customer service was no help when we tried to call, so had to report the charge to the credit card company as fraudulent and get a new card. Will never stay at another Hilton Garden Inn again.

I was booked here for business. I understand that it is a discount Hilton so it may not have all the frills of n upscale hotel but it could have nice service. I checked in at 1 in the morning and was the only guest in the lobby. The clerk never even looked up from his paperwork as I approached. I stood at the desk for at least 30 seconds before he said "just a minute". Finally he finished his paperwork, checked me in and pointed at the luggage rack. No offer to help with luggage. It makes for an unpleasant and disappointing stay at a Hilton brand. Hilton may rethink going THIS discount as there is an expectation associated with the name.

Nice hotel clean quiet convenient location. I work late and so it's a little frustrating that their room service is only available before 10 p.m.

The bed and bedding we're nice the room was a little small and did have a slight smell but quickly disappeared one entering the room. The pool and hot tub we're smaller also but the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay.

The Hilton Garden is working in partnership with an event I am helping to organize this June. They have been incredibly helpful and good to work with throughout the entire experience, and I would absolutely recommend them based on this alone.

Clean room, great service. Here's my gripe: the hotel offers complimentary Internet connection, but it is slow only good for checking email. They offer a premium Internet connection for an extra fee. I'm already paying for the room, water, and electricity. Internet service is a commodity too, and given this is a hotel geared toward business customers (read: expensive), a fast Internet connection for no extra charge is a reasonable expectation.
