Clean rooms. Breakfast wasn't very good. As put by another in my party, "The bacon is it's saving grace". Pool was nice, but there was no jumping in, even in the 5 ft. deep end. There was room service trays left in the halls.
Nice venue. Very clean and the service was excellent. Very welcoming staff. Charming little bar and dining area to boot!
The space is very nice. Catering is attentive and the food is delicious. It has improved since the last time I was there last year.
Great hilton beautiful building. Great breakfast. Nice facility. The front desk staff could use a lesson in exceptional customer service. Otherwise would have given 5 stars
Pulling up to the hotel it looks like a castle or something British royalty would live in. The inside is decorated beautifully with chandeliers and oversized everything. I stayed here 2 nights and both nights there appeared to be a black tie wedding going on. Although the hotel was fancy, the rooms were nothing special, and seemed very outdated. The gym was pretty nice as well.
Went for a wedding. Great venue! All the banquet rooms are spacious. Food was excellent and so was the service. Keep up the great job! ✌
Two days stay for work. Restaurant was above average, though expensive. (A burger with bacon and cheese will set you back $13) Rooms are very dated, but they have posted that renovations begin soon. Beautiful property. Great staff and this place looks fantastic for a wedding.
Great time at the Pearl River Hilton. Been here many times for events, first time staying here. The champagne was a real treat. Dinner and breakfast were excellent! At the pool for a spa and sauna dip. What a treat as I celebrate giving birth to my fisrt child. Oh yes, and she is here too!
Nice feel of being in a French Chateau. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center but no massage services. Business center and free parking. Two Henry's restaurant is elegant with a nice selection. Banquet facilities are very nice.
Nice and quiet establishment. Has a very classical feel to it. Might not appeal to guests who are drawn to the modern feel. In door pool, jacuzzi, and pretty decent size gym. Downside is you do not get a fridge and microwave unless requested which comes at an additional cost. Also breakfast is great, but not complimentary and a bit pricey. Overall an enjoyable place; however, lack of a fridge and microwave without having to request may be a deterrent.
Didn't really have the chance to fully exploit all amenities or explore much, but very nice well kept hotel, very friendly staff, overlooks nice greenery/park, and nice rooms with walk in showers. Great hotel if you're working in the area.
The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The elevators we're broken twice in less than ten hours. The train to get to NYC is a five min drive from the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. I'd stay there again.
Gorgeous hotel, great views but as a smoker who has stayed in hundreds of hotels AND motels across the state I am sad to say that this was hands down the smelliest room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. SERIOUSLY! It was like a $300 a night room and I literally left the windows open ALL night! And I'm a smoker! I lived in an Econolodge in a smoking room for a month last August for work it was hot and humid and it didn't smell like smoke at all! If I hadn't gotten the government rate I would have left and stayed elsewhere it was that bad.
The pearl river Hilton was very nice. It was extremely fancy and the rooms were beautiful. The service was fine nothing to complain about them. Also the food was very good.
