I was a very happy when we lived in the hotel. Clean room. Breakfast! Cinnamon rolls and coffee with half&half, fruits and omlets with scons. Very tasty! We put our breakfast in the room one time because there are many people on breakfast.
Our room was nice and comfortable. Hell's kitchen is interesting place. Next street - famous bread and pizza cooking.
Very friendly stuff. Thanks a lot!
Can't say enough good things. Located on a quiet-ish (it is NYC) street with very little traffic. Compact rooms but every square inch is well utilized and all rooms are close to elevators. Everything we needed. Great TV, comfortable beds and a mini fridge. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic as well. Great value and highly recommended.
Good breakfast. Window overlook view. Short walk to Time Square and the Intrepid. The room was very standard, yet very clean. We were happy with the coffee and tea downstairs.
We really enjoyed our stay here in October. It was safe and clean, yes rooms are small but it is New York City! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, just 10 minutes from Times Square and subway. Don't hesitate, this is a good hotel; they do it right! Thanks for a great stay.
Very friendly and extremely accommodating staff. Great belreakfat and coffee 24/7! The nightly rate was a bit high but I was able to get a great deal through a 3rd party company. The staff was more t×han accommodating when I asked for a late check out (12pm). For a small fee I was able to stay until 3pm! (3pm checkout is dependent on room availability for that day. Not guaranteed!)
Great location for the subway! Wish there were more eateries close by. Our shower floor could have used some some Tylex but otherwise the hotel was very clean and always had nice, friendly employees manning the desk!
Clean rooms, quiet street. Nice views from level 9+ back side. Good breakfast, free coffee/water during the day. Seating in front of hotel for bring your own food.
Good value for price.
Quick check-in and out. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room and lobby. Decent breakfast.
Room was tiny. You could be heard through the walls and it felt like the maids and the people next door were practically in the room with you. Great location though. Easy to get to lots of great food and attractions. Awesome assortment at the free breakfast bar the next morning too. And the staff was super friendly which was a big plus.
Nice rooms, great service, and nice neighborhood
A good place to stop in for a night or two and relax. Our only complaint was the low water pressure, but I suppose that's unavoidable Overall it was a great experience 😃
I am quite pleasantly surprised at how great my stay was here. The price was fair for being quite close to Time Square. I was easily able to walk there and jump on the subway to get anywhere I wanted. The staff was very friendly when I checked in. The room was small but it was comfortable and had everything that you needed. The bathroom was also small but it was functional. Nothing was too small.
I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for an affordable clean convenient place to stay that you should stay here.
I enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Our room was clean and the king bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Normally, rooms in NYC are pretty tight, but this one had a lot of floor space.
They offer free continental breakfast, which ends at 10am. The breakfast includes, cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, and waffles. It's a pretty good selection compared to some other free hotel breakfast I've had. There are very limited tables. Coffee is free 24-hours.
If you've got the munchies late at night and don't feel like venturing out of the hotel, they sell frozen pizzas and snacks in the lobby.
Their doors are not soundproof. You can hear everything when your neighbor leaves their room. It will suck if they are super early birds. Also, only two elevators in this hotel.
The hotel is located in Hell's Kitchen so you're within walkable distance to a lot of tasty food options and bars.
I stayed in this hotel Dec 20 - Dec 27 2016 with my family. Hotels provides everything a traveler needs: clean quiet well maintained rooms and common area, good furniture, great bath and a healthy breakfast. Breakfast options are very healthy and will keep you going all day long. Food is high quality and tastes good. Rooms are pretty small but if you don't spend more time in the room than it's necessary that won't be an issue. Location is great - 15 minutes walk to a subway, same distance to the Times Sq. 20 minutes walk to the Central Park. Definitely great value for money. Thanks for doing a great job!
