Decent motel. You pay for location not the room or service level. For the area I imagine the price is decent. Overall nothing special. Might try an air bnb next time.

Nice small room. The bathroom is well kept. Breakfast in the morning. Valet parking but limited spots. Near stores so shopping for general items is great.

Quick, easy & clean. Bed & pillows were really comfortable. Wish I had more time to sleep lol we missed the continental breakfast but I know it smelled good! Access to everything is close and Bay Ridge is great.

Although the hotel is really nice, the staff is not ALL nice, the gentleman in charge of the breakfast service is awesome, very professional very nice, , the women at the desk are aweful. Very unfriendly, tonight I asked for a blanket and I received an attitude like rolling eyes: I am being bothered. N. When I wanted to check in early yesterday I was not helped, I had to wait until 3:00 pm on the day. other hotels are more helpful.. The people tonight, November 4 are not good at all. Best Western should get rid of the front desk people use someone friendly. I am paying for three nights, and not loving it

Very nice hotel and very well localized next to a subway station and around 40 min from Manhatan. Caring staff, in particular, Gary, who is responsible for the breakfast and provides an amazing service. Recommended.

Good value for the money- neat, clean, and quiet. Larger than average room for the city. Décor was nice. The only disappointment is lack of secure parking. The only options were valet for $25 for the night, or take your chances on the street.

Ok, I really like this hotel. The rooms are great. Lots of room. Nice & clean. The carpets need shampooing. But the low ratings are for the valet parking scam. They charge you $30+ for parking. They park it 3 blocks away with limited access. You would think they'll bring it to you, NO, they make you track it down yourself. So great hotel, too scamming.

We truly love staying at the Best Western Gregory Hotel in beautiful Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Very convenient by car coming from the Verrazano -Narrows Bridge/ NJ Turnpike/ Staten Island. There is subway service one block away. Nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Free Breakfast included. Stay is friendly and professional. Rooms are modern, updated and clean. This was our third stay and we plan to return.

This was our first time in NY and our experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us get around on the transit city. The young man in charge of the dining area have excellent customer service. This hotel is conveniently located to access a lot of other areas in NY like Manhattan. Would definitely stay here our next visit.

Staff was awesome! Highly recommend paying for valet parking at the hotel.

Improvement would the hotel having refrigerators in all the guest rooms.

The staff was bothered to be helpful. The much proclaimed "Hot Breakfast" in the morning was not worth getting out of bed for. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is friendly and very eager to help but slightly inexperienced with the computer and its issues in the front lobby. I had a problem with getting a call routed to the phone in my room my first night but the problem was completely and thoroughly fixed by my 2nd night. The breakfast offered every morning was plentiful, tasty and monitored and maintained at a very professional level. The staff and personal at the hotel were all people I would recommend to any and all travellers. You will be well looked after.

Went here for Gotham Games Geekfest. Hotel is newly renovated and looks very modern and comfortable. Very clean hotel. Amazing housekeeping staff and friendly desk staff.
