Although we purchased my wife's Hyundai Tucson in the past I wanted to drop a friendly thank you to Carlos Roman, he may or may not still be there. My wife had owned her little Hyundai Accent since she was in college 10 years prior but due to an accident she needed a new car and wanted to step up to a small SUV. Carlos went out of his way and got us the best possible deal we could find anywhere for that Tucson! Each time we would go back he would come over and talk to us and it was like we bought 10 cars from him, super nice guy! I even test drove a brand new Genesis G80 twice as I loved it so much and even tried to buy it:) Carlos even let my wife get in and check out the Genesis G90/Equus when it was roped off and no one was allowed in it! We really liked that as so many people underestimate your income and Carlos knew we weren't playing! We loved getting to deal with Carlos and would buy 10 more cars from him in a heartbeat!

My experience at Universal was excellent. Working with William (Billy) King was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He was kind, patient, not at all pushy. Everything he said was honest and accurate. He listened to what we wanted and guided us to the perfect car. I couldn't be any happier. We will definitely be back to work with Billy again and I highly recommend him and Universal Nissan.

We’re from out of town and after traveling to Orlando, we pulled in to this place to get an oil change and have some minor recalls addressed. This dealership is amazing. The service was quick and friendly and all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. This dealership has a full service restaurant and a nail salon for those waiting! What?!?! I’d have the best maintained vehicle in town if I lived hereand clean. A free car wash comes with each service!

I just recently purchased my second vehicle from there. This dealership is the best! They aren't pushy and they want you to be happy. My sales rep, Miguel was awesome! He was very easy to talk to and understanding. The Finance Manager and Sales manager were also great. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely get my next vehicle from there and gladly recommend this dealership to others!!

Wonderful experience in buying a new car. The sales representative was thorough in showing us an impressive inventory of vehicles. Test drove two vehicles which helped me choose the one for me. He and the sales manager were very helpful in our getting a very fair deal on the car. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had in buying a car in close to 50 years.

Below my original review. Today a third visit and I guess 3 times the charm.The visit was professional.The service person " Ingrid" professional and knowledgeable. When Hyundai calls this time I'll claim we finally had the VIP treatment.

Spring 2017 Review:
We've purchased many Hyundai's from this deal for over 15 years.Love the product but not the dealer any longer. On the last 2 service visits I told them upfront I only had so much time available. They promised up front to be on time or they'd call me if they were running late. I even called ahead from the road as i only had 90 minutes available.. Upon arrival a basic oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours.Twice what they promised. I kept saying to myself at least I'll have a car wash as I prepaid for this as part of the maintenance package. My name gets called and not only was the car not cleaned the inside had oil stains on the seat. Their excuse? They were busy. They even had the nerve to say I could drive by another day for the car wash. Ridiculous since that is 40 miles round trip for me.If I wanted that type of service Wal-Mart would do it just as good if not better. I believe our next SUV will probably come from another manufacturer.
Not my interest in having polite service manager show zero interest in quality service or my actual needs..response / report this review -

Honestly a Five-Star experience! Had a great experience with Darrin, Juan and Felix. Our daughter and son-in-law told us in advance that this was going to happen. They were right. I had also reviewed the on-line comments and was impressed with the positive comments. From start to finish, casual(no pressure or hassle) and very professional and courteous. Glad we decided to come here, it was well worth purchasing our new 2017 Tucson. Many thanks to all at the dealership!

Back in March I purchased a vehicle from this establishment. I had one of the best customer experience that day. My sales representative was James Stellling and even though he was fairly new to the company he handled himself in a professional manner and seemed like a seasoned veteran. He answered all of my never ending questions and if he did not know the answer he obtained the necessary information. He went above and beyond and I am extremely happy with my new car.

My family and I bought a new car a few months back from Universal Hyundai and I can honestly say the experience was the best I've had at a car dealership. From the moment we walked in we never felt pressured, only taken care of. The test drive was super informative and comfortable. It was overall a really good experience. This is the second time we've bought a car from this dealership- with good reason. And I know the next time we need car this is the place we will visit.

"Five Stars" -
for the sales experience. From test drive to delivery nothing but a positive experience. I hope that the car and the service department live up to the high standards set by the sales and finance staff. I got a better car than I went in for with a lower payment than I had expected. My experience at Universal Hyundai was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The sales reps and managers are not pushy at all and they try the hardest they can to give you what you're asking for. They are super friendly and non judgmental and just incredible!!!
