Great location and scenery! Has gone down hill in quality over the past 10 years.

They are renovating it, can't believe they ruined the habitat, ripped out, cut all the trees and vegetation in the back of the hotel near the beach. It no longer looks like the long time well known beautiful resort as we know.

Also you cant even call the front desk it connected me to a call center from some foreign country. You cant understand them and they don't know anything about the hotel. Expect surprise charges if you book with indian agent(especially if you plan on bringing a boat)(overpriced boat slip rates/extra trailer parking charges aswell)

The rates are overpriced I use to come to this hotel all the time it use to be much more affordable. I would stay a couple weeks.

I had a fantastic trip at this Hilton. It is a laid back resort where you can relax. Will return to visit again.

Hilton just bought this place a year ago. It has HUGE potential and the renovations have started. It will be awesome in a year when it is all done. However I feel the pictures were not a good representation of the hotel. I feel I was bait n switched. The property is neglected and not worth over $200 a night as is. So if you are going to book this at $300 or more don't do it. - Diamond member.

Fabulous , so beautiful. Loved our stay so much, we made sure we booked it again on our way back from key west. The beach is absolutely breath taking. Can't wait to return!!!!

The resort is absolutely gorgeous if you like the "hammock" feel (which means shaded forest-type biome) providing plenty of shade. There is also a small, beautiful, and intimate private beach with a hotel bar where I had some delicious fish tacos. 10/10 would recommend.

Place needs a complete makeover, it was probably nice a decade ago. All exterior walkways and the elevator dirty. First room AC didn't work. Second room, when people upstairs open sliding door, it sounds like a thunderstorm. Handicap accessible elevator broken. We are only staying one night, so it is bearable. Beach and staff nice, that is where it ends. You can do much better.

Great place, very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the $300+ per night we paid. It is a beautiful hotel but I don't think is worth that much. Great for kids, beach is safe and plenty of areas to explore.

Great location and friendly staff. They are starting to renovate the place, but still has decent rooms. The real attraction is the private beach and awesome pool area. Both of which have bars and very friendly staff. My daughter and I spent three nights and enjoyed it very much. The treetop restaurant serves a good breakfast and was a great way of starting our day or snorkeling, swimming and exploring Key Largo. Thanks to the staff for making our spring break a relaxing, memorable vacation.
