When I checked in and open my room door (room 139) today (12/27/2017), someone has already been inside the room. I used Hilton Honor Apps to check in and choose the room 139 last night. But the receptionist let another family to check in the room which I picked last night. They didn't even double check their name. It was lucky that they didn't do any embarrassed thing when I opened the room door. It also makes me feel uncomfortable to stay in the hotel, I feel my room door will be opened anytime.

Great location, excellent staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was also clean, and very pretty and well landscaped. The beach area is small but pleasant with great views. The housekeeping staff is especially friendly and accommodating.

Decent place for the keys standard, especially on the water. People were nice and good location. The room was spacious but starting to get dated. The Carpet felt not that clean and the ac wasn't working that well nor was the bedside electric outlet.

Very nice place! Me and my family had a wonderful time. We especially loved a little private beach. We saw manatees every day and that was a very special experience :) Everyone at the reception was very nice and they try really hard to keep the guests happy. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay at Hampton inn.
The staff was very friendly and we had a big room.
It's cute being outside and see wonderful sunsets on the beach. There are also many iguanas you can admire.
We refused giving 5 stars because as a European you are used to a higher standard concerning the breakfast.response / report this review -

Stayed here a while ago for an anniversary trip. It was clean, quiet, and had a great Florida Keys atmosphere. I think the pacific beach is prettier, but getting the sunsets over the gulf were gorgeous.

My wife and I stayed there on Nov. 16th 2009, our 35 anniversary. Everything was terrific. I was actually in the water in the afternoon as the manatee family went into cove next to the hotel. We bought fishing gear for my wife and when we left to go home we left all gear there. So, if stay there ask about the fishing. By the way she caught four fish and returned them to the gulf. Truly are best anniversary, and we have celebrated 10 more.

Stayed at this hotel for our anniversary weekend. It was very nice. It is small, but has a lot of nice features. The rooms don't have much of a view, but do have nice little porches. Very comfortable and clean. 24 hour snack shop, and 24 hour free coffee and tea. Room has mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was great, and included make-it-yourself waffle machines. Will definitely be returning!

Loved it! We stayed here for our honeymoon while in Key Largo for Memorial Day week. The staff were very friendly, accommodations at the hotel like kayaking and housekeeping did a wonderful job, breakfast was great with a different variety every day, and the location was nearby everything. The property is very clean and well kept. Our beds were super comfortable! There is a lot of wildlife on the property like beautiful birds and tons of iguanas. The beach access and tiki bar was very convenient too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and in good repair, the staff was courteous and charming, and the free breakfast was yummy. Their private beach was very pretty and the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Every morning we would wake up to wild iguanas prancing about the parking lot and they were very tolerant of humans. Key Largo is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend staying here.
One note though, it is a pet friendly hotel so be careful if you have any pet allergies.response / report this review -

Nice clean rooms, great pool & small beach plus iguanas to keep you entertained. Manatees show up after a good rain! Good breakfast. Nice sunsets. Hotel reacted quickly to a problem with our sliding glass door, but treated us sourly due to a problem with our 3rd party booking site.

Excellent service! Great breakfast! Pool was always clean! Beds were comfy and room were decorated accordingly and very clean. We stayed for 5 nights and we loved it!

The room was nice. Clean and only a couple of floors, so easy to get to the room. The outside area was great. We relaxed In the sun in lounge chairs the afternoon and watched the sun set in the evening by the water. Check in was easy but note that the room wasn't ready until check in. we had hoped to get in a little early. We spent time at a very close by national park while we waited for the hotel to tell us the room was ready. Friendly front desk staff.

The room itself was very nice, spacious and nicely decorated, however our balcony faced a roof with a bunch of pipes and although they tried to disguise it with a palm tree, it was only half successful. Also, there were sugar ants everywhere in the room, on the bedside table, bed, little kitchenette sink area. The pool was very small and even though it was off season it was full of people, many unsupervised kids, etc, with no pool staff to keep order. The beach area was tiny and filled with jellyfish (not the hotel's fault), and another rowdy group was partying down there. This was not the resort feel I wanted for my family and it was not fun for my kids at all. Definitely not what I expected with a Hampton Inn. We checked out after one night and went to the Marriott.
