Very nice hotel. Clean with all necessary amenities and friendly staff. Associated with the holiday inn next door. Only issue was noise from nearby restaurant/bar.

Make sure you get a room overlooking the canal where all the boats are docked. If you don't ask for this you will get a room facing the street with no View. The Bar Next Door was a bit loud at night time till about 11 but the music was good. The rooms we're kind of old but they seemed clean enough that one could not complain.

good place to stay for dive vacations. Rooms are always clean, but not exactly "luxurious". Free breakfast is a little below average (But its free).

This place is clean and the staff have been great. It's a little run down but it is very clean, I can't complain about the conditions. The first day we didn't have hot water in the shower. We told the front desk at 6:00 pm on a Friday and they sent maitenance to our room immediately. The shower was fixed before we got back from dinner. That is better service than we've had at other, more expensive places. I would stay here again.

Very good experience, stayed over labor day weekend, had a little mess up with the room I reserved over booking b turn out to be a bit small for a party of 5, but Sharon st the front desk was able to accommodate us into a studio at No additional charge. Their customer service was very pleasant. I would definitely come back here and bring a bigger group next time.. Thank you Sharon you were you were great!!!👍👍👍

It was an okay place. Parking was a nightmare with my car being blocked in several times and not being able to move it. Another issue was all the smoking in front if the rooms. The hotel provided ashtrays everywhere which encouraged smoking. The views of the canal were nice and the nearby restaurants were nice as well. I will choose another location next time.

This is a very nice resort. Friendly staff, rooms a clean an comfortable. Restaurant attached to the resort grounds. Service is excellent and the menu has something for everyone. Room decor is a little outdated, but if you want something ritzy this is not the place for you. This is Americana at its best!

Rooms are clean but sparse. The staff were not rude but certainly far from friendly. There is VERY little parking. It was pouring rain and we had to park in an "overflow" parking lot at a restaurant and walk about a block to get to our room. The breakfast has good variety for a continental breakfast and the location is right at the marina.

There are 76 units and only parking for about 30! You have to park in a lot down the street and walk to your room, with bags that can be difficult. Also, rooms could stand some updating. Unless you're lucky enough to get a room overlooking the dock and water, it's not really worth the money. There are much better values out there. Maid service constantly leaving their carts and dirty laundry bags in the middle of the walkways so that you have to struggle to get past them with luggage, when they could simply push them both to one side of the walkway to be more considerate for guests to pass without struggling. Breakfast, on the other hand, was good.

It's a decent place. Hotel and rooms need serious renovation. Super small bathroom. Pet fee a bit high when they have tile floor and it's not even clean to begin with. Things like dusting and cleaning of vents is over looked since years ago, even the rack where they put your clean towels are caked on with thick black dust. Breakfast is super limited and only tables outside in the heat. The hotel does have nice views of the marina. Beds were comfortable. Very limited parking spots.

Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. Plus the skippers restaurant next door is really good.

This hotel was okay. Not a Ritz but I've stayed at worse. The rooms could use updating and the elevator in our building didn't work when we arrived. We were with a dive group and unlike our trip in January, there weren't any major problems with the rooms for our group.

Rooms are clean. Ours had a full kitchen and could sleep up to 8 people. View was beautiful. Conveniently located right next door to 2 restaurants. Nice pool. Hot tub was weirdly lukewarm though. Front desk service was friendly. Housekeeping does a fantastic job.
