I really love this place. I got to know the staff members and they were really helpful. Just like any five star hotel. I really want to spend even more time here. Some of the guests would leave a mess and one guest took my clothes out of the washer to put theirs in. It looks like the guests are disrespectful and not the staff members

It is clean. Has fun amenities like pool, spa, and gym. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety of options. The only downside is the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable the pillows are too flat and the sheets are scratchy. I went there for a girls weekend and none of us could sleep because we are all so uncomfortable. Two of the girls went and bought their own pillows for the second night.

Second time staying there. Good enough for a return visit. The kids love the indoor pool. The location is close to the Olympic ski jump and bobsled track. It's next to the outlet stores. You can walk out the door and get on the trail system that travels all over Park City. The service is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

This hotel is clean, well kept, with no strange smells. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was a basic set up with a microwave, small fridge, safe, and hair dryer. The complimentary breakfast was awesome with waffles and fresh berries. The workers were helpful and courteous but, a little distracted by their phones. The pool's water was cloudy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again given the need.

stay clear of this hotel! We booked a room and everything seemed fine at check in. upon getting ready to check out from our one night stay we found what looked like rotted food or vomit in a plastic bag in the kitchen garbage under the sink. We complained and have not received a call back from a manager. its been almost a month of trying to get ahold of anyone. Finally called the corporate office and hopefully will get some answers. if you value your health stay away!

This was a nice place for a fair price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, tasty free breakfast. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Just a short distance to historic downtown.

Starting to show its age. Could use some updating. When we informed front desk that we had a backed up toilet, they dropped off a plunger and let us fix it ourselves. Didn't see that one coming. We should monitor our kids TP usage more closely, I guess, to avoid that one. ;-)

Best rooms for the price. Every year we spend a weekend in park city. We don't like to spend a lot of money on a hotel room but we don't want to stay at a dump either. They have breakfast and are right next to the shopping outlets. We have stayed there two years in a row and will most likely be back again.

we stayed at this hotel last Christmas (2016) and they tricked us into paying taxes twice. they admitted to making a mistake but they said because I trusted them and signed the incorrect sales slip, that I should still pay the overcharged fees. Until now, the issue is not resolved and I've been warning everyone of this scam. See attached proofs. Even if you receive a confirmation from the hotel of the amount you will pay, don't trust that they will print the correct amount you expected. they will make you sign an overcharged sales slip in the hopes you won't notice the overcharged amount then blame you when you sign it.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Not very far from Park City and right next to the Tanger Outlets.
Free breakfast for everybody was nice , coffee and fruit available in the lobby anytime.
They had a small sundry to buy supplies in.
Indoor pool and got tub was way nice.
The suite was worth getting, the comfort, extra room and fireplace made it nice.
The kitchenette was eh. It was decent equipment, but room for 7 had plates, cups and utensils for 4. Minimal pans and no other cookware. So unless you were gonna make mac and cheese and use the teaspoon to mix it with, it wouldn't work otherwise.
A DVD player would have added to the evening, as well as chairs for 7 (in a room for 7).
We enjoyed our stay and I will definitely return.response / report this review -

It's a very convenient location, sits a few feet from the Tanger Outlets mall. It's also really close to Olympic Park and has numerous food choices within 5 miles. Apart from it's good location, the customer service here is inviting and the employees are friendly. I stayed here for about two weeks on a business trip, and was pleased with most things. They have continental complimentary breakfast in the morning. But if you work late, they do not have room service or options to order a late dinner. They do have a gift/snack shop.
The rooms are decent sized and fit the hotel collection theme.
As a whole, the facilities stay clean and tidy! It also has an on site small fitness center and a pool!response / report this review
