Great location, with easy access to restaurant, highways, and stores. Room was clean. Service was great; front desk was quick and helpful.

The hotel is nice But the manager at the front desk she overcharged me by telling me that my room costs $179 whenever my friend who is staying in the same hotel with the same exact room on the same exact night only paid 119 so I had to go to the front desk the next morning and have the gentleman running it refund my money and fix my bill. She did this intentionally I told her that they told me a hundred nineteen over the phone and she insisted that I paid 179. I would also like to point out that the pool area even though it is nice, they had the chlorine turned up so high my children were all coughing could barely open their eyes and had headaches for the next 3 days because of it and no it wasn't after prolonged exposure this was after 10-15 minutes. Sorry to say I probably will not be visiting this hotel ever again.

The room is nice, plenty of space, comfy bed. I was impressed with Neutrogena bath products. Friendly staff. Very nice pool area, cozy fireplace in lobby, a bar and small restaurant. Downside, for the price, there is no free breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect, clean, and comfy. The lounge was relaxing and enjoyable. The bartender went out of her way to ensure i had a good experience, probably my favorite interaction over the 4 days.
The bad, housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights and had to hunt down housekeeping to empty my trash or get supplies. The only day they knocked on my door was check out day. I am not a snob by no means but when I'm staying at hotels, I enjoy the full service because it is something I never get at home so I look forward to that. For this reason, I'm out. :(
My conclusion, Hilton puts the time and energy in hiring wonderful people that are the face (front desk, lounge)of Hilton. If they did the same for the back of the house (housekeeping) I would go back in a heart beat.response / report this review -

Nice location. Rooms are nice, if a bit small. Hotel seems well maintained and in great condition. They go a bit heavy on the pool chlorine though, couldn't stay in the room more than about ten minutes before my eyes started burning.

This is one of the best run hotels I've been to in a while. Check in was a breeze. The staff are efficient and professional. Everything is clean, well maintained and well stocked (i.e. there were always towels in the pool). We spent hours in the pool area and the kids had a blast. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the wifi was a little spotty.

It was a beautiful room with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good with tasty omelettes. I am at another hotel as I'm writing this review while I am traveling for work and I miss the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great hotel! Staff is super nice and friendly, the rooms are cleaned and renovated. They have Keurigs in every room, so I will recommend to bring your favorite coffee. The pool area is the best, My kids loved the pool.

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel! Especially the staffThey are the BEST and they treat you like family! Lourdes and Louis are the best! The food is really good, the rooms are always clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy and the I love the water pressure in the shower! I miss it every time I go home! lol The pool is awesome as well as the exercise room. It has everything you need for a great workout! Stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!

This is one of the nicest motels I've ever experienced. Very clean and well maintained with a friendly professional staff. Most notably the restaurant was most of excellent and even the towels were soft and plush.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk personnel were knowledgeable and very friendly. The elevators were quick and efficient. My room was spacious and nicely appointed. Overall, I enjoyed our time and would recommend this property for business or leisure.

We stay here every single time we come through Rockford visiting family and on business. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always spotless. And what a great breakfast!!!!
