Location in anywhere USA unless you like chili's or other chains. Totalling depressing area. Wish there was a downtown option. Hotel was clean but carpets dated. Hot tub broken. No stairs to be found anywhere. Elevator only convenient option even for second floor.

Everything was great. And super fast wireless internet (but for some reason wired/Ethernet was slow and capped) and loved the hot tub.

Check-in was quick and easy. The night staff does an amazing job with customer service. Rooms are clean , easy location and room service is Awesome.

The location was easy to find. Service was excellent. My husband is a Marriott member and they offered me and him a free water. They even called our room to make sure everything was good for us. They have been the nicest employees I have come across when staying at a hotel.

The only bad thing about this place is the tiny pool and it's not open 24/7. When I stay at a hotel I'd like to enjoy to pool with little to no people. Other than that everything is great. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and nice employees.

This is a pretty nice place to stay in Rockford. I come here every so often for work, and this is one of the nicer places. The price was surprisingly low.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, one star taken because of the breakfast. Just kind of a sad spread for food, and it wasn't very good. Everything else was great! Very comfy beds!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. The only tiny issue was that the AC seemed to want to stop during the night.

I have had had multiple 1-4 day stays at the Fairfield Inn in Rockford since Jan 2017 for business. The hotel is clear, modern, with competent friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is consistently excellent. Location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel especially for business travelers!

It was a very nice hotel, friendly pleasant staff. Breakfast was good. The only problems we had were tv and internet kept going out and they are a bit slack in security.

Clean room, friendly and quick check in. I wish the fitness center had an extra fan though. Even though the temperature was set at 70, it warmed quickly despite my being the only one in there.
