This is your "go to" place when visiting the Rockford area and you need a place to stay or a hall to throw a party in.
It is clean and shiny with lots of gorgeous big mirrors and chandeliers.
The pool was warm and the employees are friendly and helpful.
The hotel restaurant has great food and is accommodating. They altered what I ordered to be in line with a diet I am on. The waitress knew all about different diets and conveyed this to the chef
I stayed here twice within a month. Their convention party room can be set up to be romantic and magical for a wedding, or arranged nicely for a business class. The temperature was great in the room I took a class in all day.
The bedding was luxurious and comfotable.
I would reccomend the Rockford Radisson if you're going to be in the area.response / report this review -

Great place. Overall this was a nice hotel. The staff seemed friendly whenever I came in contact with them. The maids were on point with cleaning everyday so my room was very tidy. They have room service from 6:30 until 10:30 and prices are reasonable for being a nice hotel.

This place is magnificent. You never feel awkward. The rooms are gorgeous! The hot tubs are the perfect size for two people! The beds are rad too! The staff is all extremely polite as well! Go stay here for a romantic night! The food is amazing too!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and the location was great. Easy access from the highway. However, our experience was not so positive because the heating unit in our bedroom was really loud and kept waking us up all night. The toilet didn't work properly and when reported to the front desk they never apologized. The lady even said that all hotels fans in the world are loud. To top things up, just seconds before checking us out, she gave two breakfast coupons to other guests that had just arrived - would had been a nice gesture to us but sadly it didn't happen. I'm very disappointed with my experience here and I'm not coming back.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the bed was full of hair. Pretty gross and no way could you not notice it while making the bed. Manager was willing to discount our room. Not a terrible hotel but the last time we stay here. There were a few more minor issues as well, again all issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. For us at the end of the day the price was just too high for the experience. My fiance did all of the reservations and perhaps his opinion would differ. This hotel has a number of higher reviews I would like to say considering it was Christmas night maybe your experience will be better than ours.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to help me with a special request, because my car battery was dieing frequently. They located an extension cord and directed me to park in a convenient spot so I was able to plug in my battery tender. Now that I fixed the problem, I won't need this extra help, but I will never forget the wonderful experience they worked so hard to provide! The hotel room was very well appointed, and definitely way better than average. If you're looking for friendly staff and above average accommodations, this place should be your first choice!

I hosted a Bridal Show at the Radisson and it could not have gone more smoothly thanks to the staff. They are attentive to every need. The food is wonderful and the banquet hall is beautiful and versatile. I would highly recommend this space for any kind of event!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The room was incredibly clean and quiet! The spa and pool were also extremely clean. The bar staff was attentive, the breakfast room service was on time and the food was prepared exactly how we asked. Location is within walking distance of many different food locations. It is just a slight drive off the highway. All and all our stay was amazing and we will definitely use this hotel again!

Our company stays here and the staff is excellent. They take great care of everyone. It is also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and more. On the other hand, it isn't he greatest area and locals tell me this is where Chicago drops its thugs. Back to the Radisson itself, the rooms are good quality but not what you would want if you are used to high end stays.

Plenty of parking and very well (centrally) located. Easy access to highways and close to the most popular restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance resolves issues in a timely manner. House keeping does a great job cleaning the rooms.

Staff was great! Service at the restaurant was good as well. Rooms were clean but the tub looked a bit scary due to all the wear. Thankfully I was just taking a shower. Hotel noise was a bit much on a Saturday night due to an event. Overall a very nice hotel.
