got reservations after calling for hours. heard it was well known, we checked in and wandered, room was dark and humid, the whole place looked like an old high school turned into a hotel. All available pools were closed, water park looked like a mess, the only charming thing was the courtyard outside. The arcade was horrifying. we cancelled and left right away.

How are you supposed to make reservations or get any information when nobody answers the phone. Just rings and rings. I guess after reading the other reviews we're better off anyways.

We were at the Thai sisters cafe in the resort for a wedding. This,was a nice venue for an intimate wedding.

This place is not what it used to be but there is a great Thai restaurant here and a fantastic barber

Rooms were clean. Service was good, staff was friendly and helpful. The water park was closed for repairs, the outside pool was closed, no hot tub, the place needed some work and renovating. But the staff transcended those issues and there was still an available shallow indoor pool, the room itself was acceptable as well.

Website said waterpark was closed which was fine. We get to the hotel and are informed that the outdoor pool is also closed. It looked like it had been like that for awhile considering the pool was not filled and the weeds were overgrown outside. When we went to the indoor pool the entire pool had a dirt ring along the inside. At first we thought it was the color of the tiles in the pool but no just a lot of dirt. There was also uncovered electrical wires sticking out by open outlets!

The rooms were clean but the halls and rooms had a musty smell.

The front desk staff was very nice. Would not stay there again.

My issues where not with the hotel itself it was with its guest. The pool area had kids in the windows taking pictures and videos of my family as we swam. As I looked for a vending machine with water in it a hallway reeked of maraujauna. By the way all 3 vending machines in the building had no water. As for the breakfast, it was great. The nice older gentleman working that area really made the time their great.
