The service and cleanliness of this property was very good. We enjoyed the nice, big pool, the fitness room, and the deluxe free breakfast. We enjoyed visiting the town of Woodstock, IL and took the Metra train from their to Chicago and back.

Love this place. Highly recommend. CLEAN! Modern, microwave & mini fridge in room very nice staff. Pool, Casual bar ( as in a sitting room where various wine & beer can be purchased. Large selection in complimentary breakfast. PET FRIENDLY! Close to major department store, restrurants,food, gas station across the street.

I travel a lot and stay in 4 &5 star Hotels. This was the cleanest I have ever stayed. Really in pressed with service, hotel and even the breakfast was incredible.

The overall hotel experience was not bad. The lobby was clean and updated, the room was clean and well taken-care-of. However, the beds were not comfortable. My mother and I ended up leaving overnight due to an unrelated issue with my daughter, but we both agreed that if the pillows had been a better size (small, flat, square pillows for a king bed) and a higher fill, the bed probably would not have felt so uncomfortable. Also, the bedding was a bit starchy and stiff.
I would stay here again, but will need to remember to bring my own pillow and maybe an extra quilt.response / report this review -

Excellent place to book your stay. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very vibrant and happy to have customers. Specifically the third shift employee on Monday, March 5th. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful and made my night feel comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you. :)

It seems like an OK place until the night after we got home and we started Finding the BEDBUGS!!! I immediately called the hotel and the lady I spoke to assured me they did not have bedbugs and I assured her that I never had either before being at their hotel. I gave her a room number and told her I was not looking for any compensation just wanted to ensure no one else took them home with them
She then told me that she would have a manager call me, that has been six weeks ago I have not heard from anyone!
After going through all of the steps to get rid of them on our own TWICE, Which by the way, is a lot of work! We are still finding them and have now scheduled an appointment for tomorrow for a professional to come in and exterminate our house of them for $600!!!
Needless to say it would be my advice that it would be much less expensive to stay somewhere else!!response / report this review -

The staff at this hotel is superbvery friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. The only complaint I have is the very low water pressure. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay here.

I had a great experience here. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Also the pool was a nice size. The staff Michael and Cora were so nice. Highly reccomend them!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our toilet wouldn't flush. The repairman did get it to flush, but not well. Glad we were only staying 1 night! Breakfast was not great. Eggs and sausage were cold. No salt packets or shakers. No little creamer cups for the coffee/tea. We won't be staying again.

A;ways clean and comfy room. Friendly staff who will help with any problems you may have. I'm at this BW multiple times a year for business. Best option in Woodstock.

Nice hotel in a neat town. I appreciate all the help at the front counter especially from the young lady. The location is kinda wonky especially entering but it's located near everything there is to do here.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were wonderful and very accommodating on our wedding night! The room was perfect and we would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Woodstock area. If you are planning to get married in the area, the offer wedding blocks as well.

Best hotel in the area to stay at. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than the standard free breakfast you usually get, more choices. The pool was nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and we were situated in a close proximity to everything. It's in a great location. There's a good restaurant associated with the hotel right in front of the place. Staff is very nice, and very helpful. Don't even think it over, it's your best bet in Woodstock.
